  1. haha, yes I am a coach. Been in the business for 8 years. Trying to talk X's and O's with people like you is impossible. Thanks for reminding me.
  2. No it is not, but if that makes you feel better then go ahead. you are the egotistical ________ that no one cares for. You have all the answers and no one else is ever right. Please move along somewhere else. Go cheer for ATM that fan base suits you more.
  3. where did you see offer reported? Good film.
  4. ok. It is option football dude. I know it may be above your head but having the give/pull makes it option football creating a 3rd option such as adding a dive back and adding a pitch man is NO different than having an lot bubble and outside WR run a slant. Sorry that may be too far above you to grasp, but it's the same concept just called different stuff. Defense still has to be gap sound!
  5. you both realized that a lot of teams in college football run a variation of triple option...? Tons of Zone Read teams have the give, pull or keep and throw the PA pass? That may be to modern for you old geezers!! ;)
  6. He runs it out of shotgun you'd pobably *itch about that too.
  7. He doesn't appear to have any wheels (QB) he'd pretty much be a sitting duck. Got a killer arm though.
  8. Georgia was 3-4 I can't recall off the top of my head what defense Nebraska ran when he was there. I think USC was 4-3 during his time. Here is a rah rah video but gives good insight on what his players think about him and his energy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmbhSF-p_mE
  9. Great tape. Where's his QB going? Lol
  10. couldn't double quote, but I agree 1,000% one place we can look at is Houston. Herman does it right. He's constantly on Twitter blowing everything about Htown up. The kids love it and him. Sure he probably has a GA make all the stuff he send out up, but great. We can do the same stuff. We need to really take advantage of all the "Free" recruiting we can do and Twitter is one of the quickest easiest ways. Snapchat also. Too many social media outlets to let $ be an issue. Sure I realize we aren't going to be able to mail 30 letters a week like some big boy schools, however mailing one or two really nice pieces would be HUGE. JUST PLEASE KEEP RV OR THE AD AWAY THEY WILL PROBABLY SPELL THE KIDS NAME WRONG!! I saw a kid tweet a picture of TCU's Mail they sent him ( a recruit) a fake NCAA 17 game and his picture was on the cover in a TCU uniform. Creative and the kid loved it so did Twitter. I can't find the tweet wish I could because it was very slick. Anywho rant over, I just hope Littrell does what needs to be done to change kids minds and their coaches, and the communities. Two excellent classes and this ball will begin rolling.
  11. we did already. The JUCO OL (Tulsa anyway) come on play nice.
  12. Douglas is as good of a kid as there is. Stayed late and got to school early every day, to get ready for each season. This kid works his tale off. I would love to see him and Ty make it to our campus.
  13. pat myself on the back. I picked that one.
  14. possibly, but winning in a sport people semi care about is. It's women's basketball there is a tournament. We could be in local news bc of our successes. Yes it is important.
  15. that's what happens when you have to play 0-2 star freshman or RS freshman because the returning guys are so bad. I think this season we should see an uptick and more KP type DL. KP is a great ball coach, incredible recruiter, and relentless when he sees a player he wants. This is all coming from personal experience. He really wants Douglas Tucker from Parish Episcopal. He also took some film and pictures back of Ty'rick Bennett, a 1st year Varsity football player as a SR 6'1 190 (guessing on small side) kid is a D1 athlete has multiple basketball offers but wanted to see what football could offer. Needless to say KP visited Parish a few times before dead period was over.
  16. yep bc top teams in our conference didn't recruit big run stuffing DL... get out with your excuses
  17. yeah... Cosh coached and recruited multiple NFL players.... You sir... Meh I'll leave it there.
  18. better open up the wallets if you want to keep Jalie around more than 2 years.
  19. you're delusional. Did you read my response to your earlier reply?
  20. it was 100% a semi home game, I could hear crowd turning up the volume on a 3rd down when WKU was only up 24-21 in the 3rd they dismantled that USF defense who could barely walk on the field by the end of the game. They were sucking so much wind by the end of the game it was unbelievable.
  21. can't have your cake and eat it too... Tennessee is an SEC Oline, coasting or not good play should be highly praised they out maned every player on our d line by 40-60 lbs
  22. Baylor line is Freshman only if I am not mistaken. Great idea very cool and super engaging way to keep kids excited about your program. Create a CULTURE where fans are excited about something. Yes, winning heals all, but having fun traditions besides sit outside on a hill get wasted and go home are good places to start.
  23. No my point is he has been here 2 seasons (starting his 3rd) the majority of his D-lineman haven't made it through the Redshirt year or into contributing years. Thats my point. Let me write it out differently. DT's: of the 8 we have 2 veterans JR Sir Calvin FLOP not his recruit, and SR Austin Orr hard nosed kid. The remaining 6 are either RS Freshman or Freshman except Sid Moore who is a Soph. 1 is leaving in Demikal Harrison (supposedly) DE's: of the 8 we have 4 veterans. The young pups are Tillman Johnson, Eli Howard, JR Jareid Combs (JUCO), JR Dakota Smith (JUCO) Remaining guys are RS SO Flusche, JR Dilonga, JR Roberts, and graduating SR Polk These are all this years classes and not adjusted for the upcoming season. I would say he was left a very bare cupboard what about you?
  24. was it his fault he had undersized dlineman to work with?
