  1. I can't remember who asked about the past? I am talking about the present. We beat you with an interim HC, a team who gave up vs an FCS (also recording worse loss to FCS by D1 team) yet still managed to beat you. No excuses y'all just sucked. It is ok bud.
  2. I think its an unattractive job from the standpoint of it being ran down by Cocker, however if I am looking to make some $ and a name for myself I go there and do everything I can to win.
  3. Also one of those I can leave Rice where a kid has to be IVY league material to be admitted or I can go to UTSA where they must be able to put their name on a paper to be eligible. Pretty easy choice if you ask me.
  4. Absolutely agree 100 % Hell, I did the same thing a few games and won a city championship (MS level) because of it. We were down 9 with 1:42 left and they missed the 1 and 1 for fouls 7,8, and 9 which gave us 3 free possessions and the clock wasn't running. Cut the game to 2 points with 1 minute left.
  5. It has been around for awhile, if the ball is in the Frontcourt you can not foul someone in the Backcourt or it is intentional automatically. Here is my thing, if you don't want to get fouled don't be bad at Free Throws it isn't that difficult. I applaud Benford's efforts but it is a silly thing to have to whine about. Make your FT's and they quit fouling you intentionally.
  6. Torn knee or not if Baylor ever wanted him, I'll take him!
  7. It is not for lack of ability, he must have alot of work to do to make it to campus.
  8. He has a young face, he's a young guy only 28-29 I believe
  9. wow. I hope Littrell brings something similar with him!! They also have a Creed they must memorize and recite before being allowed to practice! Talking about work ethic etc. Go to Zach's page he posted a ton of pictures of the creed.
  10. That's basically the premise behind 4-2-5. Allows multiple coverage and stunt looks while being solid vs the run game (gap wise). You always have 6 in the box, and 2 high safeties able to trigger freely on runs.
  11. Good for you Devante, I may have chose NDSU instead of Grambling. However, like you I hate the cold and would have found the next best thing. Stay safe and sling the rock! Rooting for you.
  12. If he's enrolling in the spring he would have signed already. That period passed back in December.
  13. What I am interested to see is what type of kids Perry is now ALLOWED to go get out of East TX. :)
  14. I much prefer 4-2-5 to the stack... Keeps bigs on bigs and let's your LBs run free
  15. Too much brew Mark? Glad you found it!
  16. This one will be a transfer from A&M Commerce, I would assume as a preferred walk-on?
  17. Not enough Plus 1's for this, just spit water all over my screen in class, laughing so hard. Kids said, "Coach what is it?" To which I replied, "get back to work!"
  18. He will not only break down and chart UNT's game and practice film, but also that of opponents. He usually does a ton of the down and distance, personnel groupings, play selection in situations etc. Here is a really good article I found that talks through what a quality control coach does. I am sure it is a bit different on college level but not much. http://www.denverpost.com/ci_17198145
  19. YES, watched him play vs Allen and this kids motor is undeniable.
  20. Great position to learn the game in depth.....A TON of hours and work. Hope he is ready!
  21. He's a QB he doesn't need to be 230 pure muscle, he just needs a rocket arm. A little extra muscle would be nice though.
  22. Most fans don't appreciate being talked down to by someone either... especially about their school.
  23. Kincaide will only have 1 year left after sitting a year because of transfer (if he even comes here)
  24. BC his dad has run off multiple programs who refused to offer his son a SCHOLLY because they wanted his TE.
  25. They can submit tape all they want, but to suggest that this is some type of unfair advantage is a bad look. I never suggested that it has to do with his coaching ability. I simply stated it was a sorry excuse for a sorry coach. Nothing more, nothing less.
