Guys, pretty simply 2 and 3 star guys who don't commit typically do NOT keep offers once other players commit. Now, a 4 or 5 star guy who wants to weigh his options has a little more leverage depending on the school.

I am fixing to look his track times up... wow This year he has run a 60 meter dash in 7.15 at a&m indoor and a 22.53 200 meter dash at the a&m meet followed that up with a 60 meter dash in 7.16 and 22.29 200 meter dash at the Arkansas HS Indoor Invitational.... lets put that in perspective thats the 12th fastest time this year in indoor and .2 faster than Raleigh Texada a 3 star almost 4 star corner who is signed with Baylor... Speed Kills boys 60 meter dash comparisons he is 46th fastest time in state and the times go in ascending order from his 7.15 to a reachable 7.00 that takes him up to the 13th fastest time in the state. there are several sub 7s which is flying.. here is the link http://www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/Division/Event.aspx?DivID=77363&Event=42 that race is all about his start then being able to hold his 40 speed through the finish I can see him getting faster as track progresses.

Lot of times academics is a big cause of reclassifying so late from my understanding. It has been done to give a kid more time to grow and mature especially if they are young for their class.

Reclassify is an epidemic among hoops stars... Usually done in 8th grade it's done to get an extra year under the kids belt. Let's him develop physically. I REALLY wish I could make the stinking party tonight, but since it is a 5-7 pm event and I have a 5:30 coaches meeting I wont be able to make it. A 6:30 or 7 pm start time and I would have done everything possible to make it!
