  1. West Mesquite has multiple D1 guys playing defense for them this year. None of them have offers yet but they will. Their tape is impressive.
  2. Well, that means you recruit some bad@$$ undersized lineman and win for 3-4 years then you start going after the prototypical sized OL. KID FROM Aledo comes to mind as a DL http://www.scout.com/college/football/recruiting/story/1518447-2018-first-look-james-williams only offer from Kentucky Christian University. Because he's 5'9 1/2", this kid can play. http://www.hudl.com/video/3/4560256/5721c2c20c5e68122498302f i understand why he isn't getting d1 looks but this kid only makes plays and a lot of them.
  3. This kid will pick up 4-6 more offers if coaches do their HW. He can play and already has a nice frame.
  4. Stars no, offer lists yes.
  5. Meh, I would be willing to bet of those 34 less than 6 are his fault and that is as a TRUE freshman QB. Going from Small School OK ball to D1 football. I'll take the few bumps he'll have for 3 years of really fun football to watch.
  6. I believe its as a DL, You have to click on Mid-Season Highlights as he currently has his Sophomore year highlights as his premium highlight so they show up first.
  7. @Wag Tag is correct, I believe our future slot at least a stud is here already in Hair-Griffin.
  8. A ton of kids from Atlanta HS, Two from The Colony, Josh Jinning and Dylan Spears, Brendan Weatherspoon the commit from LD Bell, The Center we just had commit Dakota Newsom (SP) We has some good looking kids on the sideline I would get 50-60 kids in total. Now, of those how many had an offer or how many were on un-officials no way to tell.
  9. Yeah..That'll get your kids to really calm down when the coach loses it too. Littrell did the right thing, talked to the officials voiced his displeasure but didn't show them up as that would only make it worse. I didn't see anything wrong with how he handled it. I actually watched him specifically when Brooks started getting chippy and he pulled him aside 2-3 times to talk and try to calm him down.
  10. Thank you! The wife much prefers the walk from there as opposed to across the highway and up to the super pit lol
  11. Messaged you
  12. I am looking for a parking pass close-ish to apogee. My wife is on call today and needs access to her computer, but I am bringing two of my players on an unofficial visit so we must get there early. Does anyone have one for sale? Please message back ASAP if so.
  13. So much ridiculousness in this post.
  14. Not being a jerk, you sure you didn't click on the audio only portion? I streamed it just fine, while the quality definitely sucked at times it was better than just listening.
  15. There was a WR and a Safety from there at our last summer camp.
  16. We were down Garrett Gunter which hurts.
  17. Well it was our 3rd start at 5 pm or later, and everyone of them we started slow. May be time to re think game day routines to make sure we are focused and ready to play.
  18. With our 170 lb qb? I would prefer to see some type of read there by Fine with the ability to pull the ball and throw it if the run isn't there. I was ok with giving Wilson shots there.
  19. I am willing to bet we take another OL and 2 more DL, 3 WR with 2 stud walk-ons, and 3 grey-shirt JUCO kids. We do lose a few off this class because of the Grey shirts who made it. I believe Raveon is still taking classes and working to get eligible to play this spring.
  20. They have Big10 and Chris Orr to tell him how awesome it is up there. We have Bryce English who he probably didn't play with from Desoto. Hopefully he doesn't like cold and wants to catch a bunch of footballs from Fine.
  21. Was this our first late road start?
  22. Yeah like having OL who had more than our offer to play D1 ball.. It will take time chill, I want to win as bad as the next guy and we had a chance. Fine pressed to make plays which you can be mad at, I like that he's trying to make plays to win. Do I want h throwing picks? Absolutely not and he needs to learn and will, when to take that shot and when to live for another down. The open TD he missed he threw off his back foot because he had a defender barreling down on him. He didn't get much help from WR/OL at the same time on his sacks. The kid will be fine, he's playing behind a pretty average OL and will get better as time goes on. We out gained UTSA in yardage so I'm not sure what stats you're talking about. We can't over react, look at SMU, decent recruiting class for his first/late class, not much success at all, but competitive in games in year 1. Year 2, much better recruiting and winning without their stud QB, pick up a signature win, and will sign a better class than last. It just takes time there are not many places where it can get fixed immediately, much less when your coach is playing an FBS schedule with an FCS roster in terms of size
  23. Ehhhh I'd be ok if we passed even as crazy talented as he is.
