  1. Man I hate to agree here. I'd love for them to steal Herman. One less G5 we have to compete with lol
  2. No argument here.
  3. Don't get me started with OL lining up in the backfield no ref I've ever had calls that or OL downfield on RPO or screens. It's bullshivick.
  4. http://www.hudl.com/video/3/3036715/57f2d400842eb372a8475320 They usually post a link to their Hudl in their Twitter profile just FYI. Good find!
  5. Take care of UTEP see how it plays out.
  6. So there's more than 1 crappy crew ?????
  7. We played the best team in CUSA on Homecoming and competed for 2 1/2 quarters. With 17 less scholarship players, and half a roster with maybe 1 other d1 offer. I think we have a long way to go, but man I'm impressed!! No it has 0 to do with meeting the staff, that was just a neat deal as a HS coach! Our defense has allowed 10 less PPG than last year ranking it in top 10 in turnarounds nationally. Offense is up 8 PPG ranking it in the top 20 in turnaround nationally. This staff is giving its all, the players are to. Let's go kick UTEP's teeth in and go bowling (hopefully in New Mexico)
  8. Yes. The female started on our sideline and ended on theirs. She threw a flag for defensive holding when Buyers was blocking the corner and Alec threw it into the 4th row of the student section. She and the rest of her crew were TERRIBLE. Glad we got the win, regardless of the officials.
  9. I thought you had one at Dunne? I hit send before I was done and didn't catch it. I was checking for your thoughts on Keuhne and how your family member played.
  10. They're weren't a ton of kids in the room. Two kids from The Colony. '18 QB/ATH Jemel Jones Jr. and '17 OLB Josh Jinning Jones Jr. Visited Tulsa and SMU earlier this year both schools like him as slot WR type. Hopefully he'll hear from UNT at seasons close. I saw multiple kids from Georgetown, I couldn't find the stud but I'd assume if 3-4 kids came surely he did too.
  11. Mind giving us an opinion of how he played?
  12. Drexel by 25
  13. When we played against him he played WR, and OLB and was DOMINANT as an OLB!! Held his own as well as Jefferson did. And to that point in the season he hadn't played any defense. In the 2nd round of the playoffs he slid in and basically dominated the LOS on his side.
  14. 43 points, 0 excuses. We have zero offense. Fire this guy already!! Crap!!
  15. Kemp special teams coach deserves to be fired. I wouldn't kick to this kid.
  16. You take ANY bowl, it's extra practice time for your players especially the young guys!
  17. It all depends how bad the sprain is. If it's super mild he could play this week with some discomfort, if it's a bad sprain he could be done till (if) we go bowling
  18. Why do you think his ceiling isn't high? Only throw he's struggled with this year is the fade, and that's a WR timing, alignment, and route running issue. The second throw I've seen him struggle with is the digs or deep ins, that's because he's throwing off his back foot and its sailing on him. Easy mechanic to fix, particularly when you aren't scrambling for your life.
  19. We don't have the dudes to compete this year. It is what it is. The fact we were as competitive as we were as long as we were is an absolute miracle.
  20. Agreed. Need more guys to make plays on offense. Seems like Thad is the only WR who can get true separation.
  21. I am not saying he's been a world beater by any stretch of the imagination, but his WR don't help him when they drop multiple passes. His deep ball sucks he needs to work on it, but his WR mainly Goree needs to help him also by his alignment. Goree gives him the smallest possible window to throw the ball in requiring a perfect ball. Not fair to ask of a Freshman or any QB for that matter. I am no apologist for any player not performing but to call for him to be benched is silly IMO. Kid has come in and done everything he can to help us be successful and has had a few bumps in the road. Would you rather have a few bumps in the road this season in a total rebuild, and have this kid have a full season of game experience for next year. Or would you like to see Alec go out there and struggle just the same and have no qb experience for next season.
  22. We don't drop back 70 times a game. Every post game when he's been sacked 6-9 times Littrell hands him the blame for 1 MAYBE 2 as a True Freshman. Thats not counting the 7-8 other sacks he's avoided. We have run the ball 29 times vs SMU 51 vs BCU 28 vs Florida 42 vs Rice 42 vs Middle 54 vs Marshall 33 vs Army 34 vs UTSA 30 vs La Tech Stats not posted from WKU
  23. Why should he have been benched based on performance? So we should have benched Wilson during his bad games too? Give me a break. Relax, and enjoy watching this young team grow and compete.
  24. Think this offer is only for alumni association members who aren't season ticket holders.
