If you figure out what Conley does let me know. We need someone who is in that position who can use social media better than this. That's his last tweet, check his timeline out click his name, then scroll. He only tweets when they go to elementary schools. Never to any HS coaches about practices dates or times... etc pretty disappointing IMO. Edit: I know this isn't the only way to build HS relations, BUT most coaches are on twitter now and it's instant access without having to travel all over the state etc. I really would love this job I think it would be one of the greatest jobs there is. Building relationships with HS coaches and helping them get their kids to a D1 University. I'm WAY under qualified for that gig, but I think it would be a phenomenal and fun job. From my experience with other HS relations guys they set up coaches coming to practices, make sure you see the facilities, and are introduced to other coaches.

Other than a random non UNT affiliated account that makes edits, This is one of the few things coming out of the athletic office to my knowledge. I will keep digging. This isn't social media related but good to see we are sending letters and showing love.

I would take Some 3 and 4a's vs the top schools just not on a game in game out basis due to numbers I would have to assume the schools you mentioned don't have a plethora of those type of athletes but are deep enough to definitely compete with some of the best. I agree I would be totally fine recruiting the smaller schools in TX and make that our brand. Embrace that Small School Recruiting and have that be our niche.

Not a bad choice, rumor is the fort bend schools are fixing to start losing kids to two new schools being built down there. Not sure how accurate that is.

No doubt, I just wanted to point out the fact that we can get to top 50 ish nationally and be very competitive. Look what the staff did with an FCS roster. This got them the 53 ranked class.. We can achieve this IMO. UNT is 93 right now, with this list. Drop us 4-5 spots probably by removing Sewell.

Good news about Triple option football is man schemes vs gap schemes against zone teams like UTEP. While there are still guys in gaps and it has to be gap sound, they will have certain players assigned to tackel certain parts of triple option. I can guarantee they'll keep McClain on the pitch man.
