  1. Lamarque is no more all students will be dispersed to surrounding schools. Shut down by state of Texas. Think it goes into effect next school year.
  2. Geography and once a player is found it is by position according to my understanding.
  3. No doubt, I just wanted to point out the fact that we can get to top 50 ish nationally and be very competitive. Look what the staff did with an FCS roster. This got them the 53 ranked class.. We can achieve this IMO. UNT is 93 right now, with this list. Drop us 4-5 spots probably by removing Sewell.
  4. 1. RB/S Tyreke Davis: Offers from UNT, Fresno St, New Mexico I will assume he gets 2-3 more G5 offers if he was 2 inches taller he'd be looking at double digit offers. Kid can flat out play, 2016 Highlights aren't posted you can watch game by game. http://www.hudl.com/profile/3858752/tyreke-davis 2. TE Remington Lutz: New Mexico St, ACU, UNT, Coastal Carolina, and Kansas http://www.hudl.com/video/3/5535259/5832529fdfd8b7053c072461 3. DT Junius King: UNT, Lamar, A&M Commerce Listed at 6'1" 302, You have to click on newest tab to see this year's video. I hate how Hudl is changing stuff in middle of recruiting. http://www.hudl.com/profile/4080807/junius-king/videos 4. QB Cade Pearson: McNeese State, SFA, Incarnate Word, Northwestern State, Illinois St, Prairie View A&M, Missouri State, Wyoming, UNT While most offers are D1AA I still really like this recruit. Kid is a very solid pick up IMO and thats just My opinion. http://www.hudl.com/profile/4848657/cade-pearson 5. OL Brendon Weatherspoon: ULM, UNT I believe he had a knee injury (minor) and had surgery ending his senior season early. I like this kid if we can slim/trim him up in a college Strength and Conditioning program. Problem is we don't have time to wait for him to be good. Need OL in immediately. http://www.hudl.com/video/3/3917007/57d585a07bddf8682498d279 6. DB Cameron Johnson: Air Force, Army, ECU, Northern Colorado, Fresno St, New Mexico St, Prairie View A&M, SFA, Alabama St, Grambling, UNT, HBU http://www.hudl.com/video/3/4203663/57e2b1def617081be8055baf 7. 5. Good news about Triple option football is man schemes vs gap schemes against zone teams like UTEP. While there are still guys in gaps and it has to be gap sound, they will have certain players assigned to tackel certain parts of triple option. I can guarantee they'll keep McClain on the pitch man.
  6. Wait till you see The Woodlands vs Lake Travis who LT will manhandle IMO
  7. No news is good news. For now let's hope bigger teams stay away.
  8. Wonder if we will get the NTSU and all other mis information GONE from broadcasts with new AD? North Dakota State have done it, it's not pronounced Bison it's pronounced Bizun and somehow they got that message relayed.
  9. Very key injuries and Army's defense finished as 5th best defense this season... give me an Army win to make our bowl victory that much more sweet :)
  10. Probably the single best seats in the house to watch a game is end zone view. Most times you can see big plays before everyone else.
  11. Lol maybe I was remembering the Army game ? Good find I wish I'd be much much much better off with $$ lol
  12. Looks like talks are slowing... could be money issue.
  13. TC and LB coach. Work with a great staff, learned a lot of stuff in one years time and have a lot to learn looking forward to growing.
  14. I thought he was moved to WR?
  15. No sir, HS now but thanks for playing.
  16. lol you're funny. No we just got knocked out of playoffs, so I have some extra time.
  17. I havent watched his video at all, but I would assume based on size, and offer list his hips and feet aren't quite there for big time schools to come knocking. However, I like the competing offer list.
  18. That I do not know, I did see on StubHub or Tickermaster not through UNT site where the servicemen and women who get tickets will take up the 4,000 seats on the last 4-5 rows on the sideline on our side. I like it even though it limits our fans tickets in that area because it will make our crowd look bigger.
  19. for corner seats yes, sideline 20-20 I believe is 75
  20. I want to see more Split back Gun from us. It is Deadly. We can run stretch either way and it still allows for 3 WR stuff. Easy capability to swing both backs out and get a possible mis match. This is all dependent on Wilson being healthy obviously. Even Tucker who should be good to go makes that an option. What I don't want to see is a bunch of stuff where we try and run up the middle, that isn't this teams strength and I can only recall 2 TD's all year that hit between the Tackles. Most of our good run game is on the edge. What do yall think?
  21. I remember several of them from home games, Where we were headed towards the Wing, the ball was on the left hash, we got in 3x1 with single receiver on our sideline (short side of field) lined up at the bottom of the numbers (closest to our sideline) and ran a fade. You are now asking your QB to make a damn near impossible throw especially when your WR can't get separation. I am no apologist as I agree Fine has plenty of room for big jumps in his game. However sometimes coaches have to put kids in good spots. I believe after most games you hear Littrell saying something similar in games they lost. If they are going to run the above mentioned play the WR must lineup at MINIMUM on the top of the numbers (closest to the other teams sideline) or a step closer to the hash from there.
  22. How many of those is he running for his life on? Question no answer. I am SURE his mechanics went to hell in a hand basket after leading the nation in sacks, and I would guess pressures as well. He was running for his life play in and play out. He's better than Mullens Freshman stats. Here are the awards he won as a Freshman. Conference USA All-Freshman (2013)Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week (Dec. 2, 2013) Mason Fine Freshman awards Named to the C-USA All-Freshman team I would have to assume that had he not thrown two picks vs UTSA he would have a chance at offense player of the week with his stat line.
  23. He has a thread already. This one stinks, kid was a big powerful kid. Got to wonder whats going on down there at Tx State. No fan support towards end of the year. I am wondering if Tx State isnt bending plenty of rules to get this class. This Party in the Park tank top they all have on... surely these kids didn't all buy the same tank top. BTW this kid Brannon is a beast I was disappointed we didn't get him. They have another LB at Prosper who is just as solid as Brannon.
  24. +2 here Just gotta wait till PayDay lol
