Well this is where I have to bow out because I don't know enough about the Union business that has continued to develop after I left. But as a 4-year student and employee and now an employee of the other university in Denton, I can say that UNT's campus, while going through a period of painful growth, is still among the best in the state.

I have been in there. Far, far, far more times than you have. There is asbestos in something like 80% of university buildings. So much so that I needed mandatory yearly asbestos training to work in the buildings. The auditorium was recently gutted and is being worked on. And, Ryan, dude, I think you missed the part where I said I was in each of those buildings every day as an employee. For 4 years.

I worked in and out of every single UNT building and every single classroom every weekday for 4 years. "Crumbling" is a giant reach. Misinformed people seem to be the loudest.

Yeah, I recall having this same conversation a few times already this season and each of those turned out to be alarm for not.
