Just as an update: I volunteered to work the tent at the FIU game on November 22nd. Figured I could give up my normal routine of drinking lots of beer for at least one game this season. At least I can buy it inside now!

This is a good question. Part of the email was asking for volunteers to set up on TWU campus to promote it, hand out tickets, etc. the week of.

There are sororities here but no fraternities. Seems like it could work pretty well. Except don't most frats have sororities that they match up with for tailgaiting and stuff? I don't know anything about Greek life admittedly.

I am a UNT grad and a TWU employee. Today I got an email about a collaborative program starting in the fall to get TWU students to UNT football games. Personally I think it's about time. Here are some interesting details about the plan: Designated tailgate area with signage and tents serving hotdogs, soda, etc to TWU students with valid ID They are securing a donor to buy tickets so TWU students can attend for free T shirts that support both TWU and UNT ( not really sure how this works, but I'm curious) I think I might volunteer to help out for one of the games. Can't say that I disagree with any effort to get people into Apogee. I'm pleased that UNT are finally tapping into the other college's student base. Anyway, I thought this might be of interest to some of you.
