Dude, the thread was dying..... WHY? I am starting to think that I need a new account. This is getting ridiculous. THAT way..... We dont have to worry about me being a family member OR a girl.
  2. Jeez... I really hope I meet some of you some day so I can kick you in the organ.
  3. Yep... It should be news to quite a few people. Don't know why. Should be an interesting spring game.
  4. I am sure I'll get chastised for posting anything (at all, for any matter).... BUT, you might want to add John Schilleci to that list... he has been playing 1's and 2's (at free safety and as a sophomore has a dream shot of proving himself this Saturday. With Zed and Lee injured and David Busby quitting- he has a helluva opportunity to prove himself. Fingers crossed.

Can someone please share with me what I posted that wasn't true? He hasn't been playing and I think I was pretty upfront about not having the answer as to why. I didn't offer any suggestions either. Because I don't know. It appears that others have speculated more than I have. Did it occurr to you that maybe I was fishing for info myself? Dead horse - beaten. I think maybe it's best to lock this one up in case someone "crash and burns"?

Like I said... I don't think a whole lot of people know what exactly is wrong.

Hahahaha!!! I really think you should look up my past posts, sweetie. and just on a flaming chance that I may or may not know some of the coaches wives... that's amusing and kind of cute. I don't hide behind a computer. Same person in the flesh.... you can ask a few people on here...

THE bottom line of this thread was created because there has been so much chatter about everything else and a vital part of our defense is absent. I thought Laramie Lee was worthy of mention. LIKE I've so kindly told several other people on this board... If you have a problem about family members of players posting here.... Move along, friend.... We most often have a lot more on lines than you do. And I didn't reveal anything that wasn't incredibly present at any of the scrimmages.....you are welcome.

I'm not speculating. the trainers aren't talking... He hasn't been on the field and live gameplay in awhile. DONE.
  11. I don't think that was really totally the point to begin with...

Well... it doesn't take a genius to figure out that he's not on the damn field. If you followed the past few seasons you would kind of understand that he was a vital part of our Defense. I don't know how much more you want me to spell out... That's all I know. I hope he is back soon.

I don't know who the h YOU are "DentonAmerica" (way to be originated) but I didn't need my fave player to tell me anything I could see with my own 2 eyes. ** the only insider information I can provide is the fact that he is not OK... I don't know if its physical or mental. but he is not OK. Prayers for him...
  15. I AM SHOCKED that no one has been talking about Laramie Lee's absences.
  16. This is all so disappointing.... My husband has a injury to his sternum and injuries to his rotator cuff that were due to college football. He knew about them thenbut they have grown increasingly worse in the past 10 years since he stopped playing football. I played college basketball for three years. My knees sound like bubble tape crackling everytime I sit down... should we sue the same institutions that paid for are very very expensive education after we knew the risks involved as far as playing these sports?? This is a kind of discussion that is opened up with topics like this... Domino effect... as it always is when you get legislation involved.
  17. THIS is exactly correct. I KNOW that for a fact that players get EVERYTHING down to the free contact lense, though....
  18. :) They needed that.
  19. I believe it to be 9:30???
  20. YAY, Turner! He is going to be fun to watch. And I had been hoping they would move Schilleci to corner. Should be fun to watch everything play out this Spring.
  21. Brag brag brag.... Schilleci had a PR by 160lb Squatted 365 for 10 rep max percentile...... 480 lb max.....still runs under a 4.6...... Brag brag brag........
  22. Couldn't help it. I had to post this. FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Behind closed doors in stalls around its campus, Texas Christian University has a tissue issue. The school only provides one ply toilet paper in its dorms, classroom and office buildings. At least for now. This is a big thing, said student body president Cody Westphal. You know, TCU has this reputation for the highest quality everything whether it is education, technology, teachers, students whatever. I think the next obvious step would be to take the step of quality toilet paper! http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2014/01/22/tcu-students-demand-higher-quality-toilet-paper/
  23. DON'T want to fish through all the posts so I don't know if this was mentioned yet. I VERY rarely go to the Golden triangle mall (if you don't know about the GT mall- you never lived in Denton) because despite the efforts to make changes, still a bit icky. BUT- went by the hat store before Christmas and it had only 1 NT hat that was really ugly. Strolled by it today and it had over 15 different styles right in the window. Don't know if the bowl game prompted this change, but it was positive to see.
