Yeah, the kid on the right has what I'm talking about. His ring finger is pointing more upward along with the index and middle finger, with the pinky finger down.

I'm glad this subject came up, because I've always wondered something about the talon hand sign. I was never in Talons or any spirit group, but I always thought the talon sign should be made with three extended fingers, not just two (excluding the thumb). You know, since eagles have three "fingers" facing forward and one backward. I know it's hard to make your hand do that, but two fingers bent looks like a lazy peace sign or the Horned Frogs sign.

So just like the first game against FAU, UNT leads most of the game but can't finish in crunch time. We gotta get someone to help out Perry with scoring in the last 2-3 minutes of games.

I did a bit of googling on that MTSU arena. It's 50 years old this year, and has an indoor track around the concourse where those bleachers expand. Very interesting design, indeed.

So, we join our fellow Texas teams (SMU and Rice) in losing today. Great. But like others have said, at least this was a good competitive game against a good team. Compared to some of our other recent bowl games, this is an improvement!- 304 replies

This isn't the hire I was hoping for, but let's hope we're all pleasantly surprised by this time next year. If he can be a football version of McCasland, that would be great.

I love seeing Huntsbury attack the lane. We have to be more than just an outside shooting team. This is a fun game to watch. The crowd sounds good.
