I don’t understand the route running on third down. Why not go to the first down marker when running the route? Shorter ran a drag route for 1 yard when we needed 3. Not to bag on Shorter, he’s a freak of nature, I just don’t understand why he didn’t hit the first down line and then drag across

I'll be missing this game for the first time in a long time due to have a new born. Yall get rowdy and loud out there. The windows at my house will be shaky with Cheering, screaming "Thats good for another Mean Green First Down" and "Thats the end of the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Stanza". GO MEAN GREEN and PONY DOWN!!

1 out of the 4 were targeting. When the QB was going down on a slide and the defender launched his body at him. Other than that, I saw players trying to make tackles and blocks. The last one was ridiculous. Joel Klatt had some good tweets on it

I get their frustrations with that being taken away but burning their jerseys and clothing is a little drastic. I saw on twitter last night, this dude had a like a 10 tweet diatribe about how UTSA just lost a fan and how he's never going to go to another UTSA game. LOL

Let's tap the breaks on how UTSA is bound for great things and moving to the AAC and then onto the SEC (I know its wasn't mentioned). UTSA very well might be headed in an upward trajectory and Coach Traylor is bound for greatness but lets not forget when Frank Wilson came in and won 6 games his first year, everyone thought he was the second coming of Jesus. Everyone was scared because of how great of a recruiter he was but ultimately that stalled out and he's coaching FCS now. UTSA was a total of 9 points away from losing 4 games last year. Would we be freaking out if they would of won 4 or 5 games last year? UTSA is gonna UTSA and figure out a way to fail. If not and they keep winning Traylor is going onto Greener pastures and is going to leave the shit hole behind him to dry up and just be another pasture rock in south Texas.

I fear its going to be very similar to the last two years we played SmUt. We get behind early and they run away with it and we score meaningless TD's at the end to make it look semi competitive. I'd love to sit here and say were gonna win a 38-35 dog fight but we dont have the dogs that can win that fight yet. SMU 45 UNT 24

I dont understand why the PA guy had such a hard time with "And that's good for another MEAN GREEEEEEN First Down"! We got the first first down of the game and I had my hand up waiting for him to say it but nothing happened So I deflated like a balloon in sorrow.

If only there was a booklet that had players numbers with their names next to it.....Im going to email Wren to see if we can get this figured out

Thank you @UNTflyer for all your heart work on this stadium!! I remember voting on for this Bill my Senior year. I really wanted this new stadium and wouldn't be hit with this on my tuition so I thought this was a HUGE WIN WIN. GO MEAN GREEN!!!
