noticed that someone has started trying to run a few replays during timeouts. Nice work! Dare I ask for a score graphic?

With the addition of the HoD Classic there are now three games at the state fair, correct?

I can feel the anticipation between Kram and Unt90. This one is for all the marbles.

Based on current bowl tie ins, it looks like we are in for a steady diet of HoD, New Mexico, New Orleans, and Independence bowls in the years that we qualify for a bowl. I do not believe the HoD is obligated to take the champ. It would be cool to play the HoD classic every couple of years in addition to our normal Apogee schedule (not in place of an Apogee game).

Thought he unexpectedly was granted an extra year by NCAA.

Orange bowl looks to only be about 2/3rds full and they have Ohio State and Clemson playing.

Yes, but unfortunately we did not notice it was Texas A&M Commerce.

I think the game against the donkeys next year will be plenty tough and probably a very even matchup, depending very heavily on how we are able to reload at key positions. If we somehow come away with a win, it will be glorious. A good showing against UT in front of a huge TV audience along with a win against the donks would have Apogee rocking like we haven't seen before.

I would like to see us put a little pressure on RV to publish the numbers so they can be measured and tracked. Specifically, I am talking about number of MGC numbers, total donations, # of season ticket holders. We have roughly 6500 seats that are not club level that require a MGC donation in order to purchase season tickets. At a minimum, we should have the club level sold out along with the 6500 non club level seats sold. # of MGC members and # of season tickets sold should be at the top of mind of everyone in the AD, and it should be public information so there is a sense of pressure to continually grow the #'s.

I saw some video of the Independence bowl, nowhere near 36k in the stands. It looked like a smoo game on TV.

Until we changed them to green and white.

Well F me. I guess I have been pretty oblivious all this. This is by far the most interested I have been regarding what is going on in the Pit all season.

So we produce and record each BBall game, with announcers and everything? And it is shown on NTTV, but not broadcast outside of that? I had no idea. Do they use the same video feed that we see on all-access? I have noticed that recently the all-access video is switching between the full court view to a baseline fiew. Maybe it has been happening for a while, but I just noticed it switching (did notice one game basically shot from baseline exclusively). Is there a way to put some basic graphics on the screen such as score, time left, etc...?

Dave Bliss. Wait, maybe I misunderstood the question. -
For a school that is supposed to be a flagship university for the state, A$M is an embarrasment of a basketball program. This year is no exception. And they will roll us.

NAIA schools are actually able to offer more scholarships (marginally) than D2 schools and even D1 in some sports. The schools tend to be really small and are primarily located in the same states in the SEC.

So he hates the mere existence of Guyer? If Guyer did not exist then Ryan would be like Allen and would be dominating every year because they would be twice the size of other schools in the district? Hmmmm

I think George or Hank mentioned tickets to the bowl game between Syracuse and Minnesota were going for $4 on Stubhub and ranked as the bowl with lowest amount of interest based on ticket interest.

With the strong RTVF program we have, I would expect to be able to find podcasts of aspiring broadcasters performing play by play of our games. Do many of the students do such a thing? Do we ever have RTVF students set up in the Pit sitting in the media section attempting to record/broadcast their play by play account of the action? I suppose there may be some broadcast right issues, but I would think I would at least see some aspiring broadcasters practicing their craft, even if they are not allowed to publish it. Same thing goes for the TV side of things. Seems like a great opportunity to utilize the RTVF program and resources to put on an actual production of the games. Never understood why we don't have a production crew full of students that are supplementing George/Hank with graphics, maybe some replays during timeouts, etc... I am talking about using the best students that have shown an ability, not just anyone. It seems like it would be a terrific opportunity for some of our best and brightest to produce the games and there should be no shortage of support staff that are willing to get hands on experience. Is this type of thing done at the college level? Seems like it would be a great opportunity to set our RTVF program apart.

From the way it looked on TV, it was a hard fought game between two evenly matched teams.

Will either be allowed to play QB at a P5 school?

DT90, any familiarity with this young man? If so, any thoughts regarding possible DL or OL prospects at this level?

I had been thinking of looking this kid up to see how he was doing at Commerce. What are the rules for someone like this? I assume he would have to sit a year due to transfer?
