    Fine made his numbers while running for his life. If he would have had good O-line his numbers would have better than they are. He was/is a great passer, He dropped balls between defenders only good qb can make. Fine is the best qb I have seen play at UNT. I hope one day soon someone challenges his numbers. Also he started playing as a true freshman. How often does that happen here at UNT?

    Didn't we lose to team in bowl game that lost most of its coaching staff and was coached by the players and the equipment manager? I think it might have been Utah State? So I don't think first year coach will save him.

    the professionals paid team 28 UNT 17 I am assuming we can run the ball and it will eat a lot of clock so the score should be lower than last year. We shall see. SL wins the SMUT game and he gets the extension.

    A lot of the freshman are homesick by now and will make the break to go home for three days. Give them a couple of years and they will not want to go home....lol

    Didn't hear from SL after the game. Dimel after the game said they would beat us 8 our 10 times. I think he is like 0-5 against NT. Minerdigs is interesting to read, Dimel doesn't make 2nd half adjustments, Dimel loses big games in front of large crowds. Fire him on Monday, I think they gave him a two year extension last year so I don't see that happening. Maybe with a water down (cant believe I am saying this) CUSA they can dominate it.

    That was the quiet big crowd. what was with the dj music-nothing fires up fans and team like "its a small world". we have a lot to get better at for SMUT. Aune needs to hit his open receivers without short hoping itor over throwing six feet over the head of a receivers. Hope our injured players can come back soon. Maybe they kept them out because we start controlling the game? Why SL won't put a backup qb in the game amazes me. It was Aune til the end.

    When ever I pick us to win we lose, so I did what I had to do to help the team. Wonder how long the fans stayed, most likely won't be back in those numbers the rest of the season. I will have to check the Miner forum to see if they are ready to fire their coach today. I wonder if the bad officials were their (CUSA)way of sending us off?

    Saban and Belichick were mentioned as not great speakers, very true. But they have something SL doesn't-big wins. If SL was mowing down teams in CUSA I sure he would get a pass, He just seems like he doesn't want to be here is the impression I get from him.
