What makes you so sure we schedule those weak teams? Maybe they schedule us for a easy win? I sat through games last year and we were bad. I remember the SFA game, they had more fans then us and the game was so bad even the SFA fans stop cheering. I didn't buy season tickets this year and will just buy game day tickets if I decide to go to a few games. I don't mind losing (yes I do) but getting pounded is not acceptable. We call a timeout and come out and do nothing different.

Why is it so hard for UNT to recruit quarterbacks ? Is it because quarterbacks won't come here because they will not be throwing the ball 30 plus a game? We don't seem to have trouble finding good running backs. I watch a lot of college football on tv and when the starting qb goes out and the next guy in does not miss a beat. Not to beat a dead horse and I wish all my heart that Greer was going to be a good qb for us but when Greer or Little Mac are in the game the team looks so different then when DW is running the offense. It seems Greer does not relax and panics when he is on the field.

I hope we don't go to bowl this year. This team is not a team that should play in any bowl. Start looking to next season and develop the younger players and find a qb who is at least average.

Just said LATech is much improved, LATECH new qb is helping them and dixon is averaging 8.1 yards a carry. Said the LaTech game was not close as the score indicated in ULL game. Wants to cut down on the penalties but not take the aggressiveness from the defense. Said there were questionable calls in the game by the refs. Talked about playing a lot of players and that our qb can improve and said a few nice things about dw. We need to improve on the punt return and kickoff return team. Said Harris is dangerous when he gets free. It was my first time to go to one of these and seemed like a decent turn out. He spoke highly of June Jones and felt for the families of the coaches and the players. He showed real class when talking about the situation.

I remember seeing him fumble at least twice last year and throw an interception near the goal line against Idaho. I don't have a lot of faith in him but maybe he has improved over the summer. I can say i am less excited about the season if he is the 1st string qb.
