i know it is easy to hammer RV for the hires but hiring the right person is not that easy. Look at all of 1st round draft picks that bomb. The NFL teams have more resources than we do and they still get it wrong. I wish i could promise the next hire will be good but you never know until things play out. I admit I thought benford would be a good hire but i was wrong. He can recruit but not coach. I think RV needs to go to CUSA and ask for help in making his football schedules maybe they can help.

I disagree with you, i have lived in other cities with universities and people who never attended the school come to the games and own season tickets. You need some local help to fill a stadium. Yes the UNT alumni should show up for the games but they think it is to far to drive to denton for game. I don't get why they are not here. I don't care win or lose I go to the game. I enjoy talking to the people around me and we have a very good band.

Maybe we just need to accept the fact we were best off in the Sun Belt. We will draw the same crowds as CUSA games and be able to compete on lower stage. I just find it so hard to believe the locals dont support the local teams or universities. Lets face the fact the universities are what make denton otherwise we would be gainesville.

overall i give it a 9.9, not crazy about the look from outside looking at the main entrance. I think the old building with the landscaping look more inviting. Looks like an other commercial building from the outside on the main entrance photo.

I don't feel that way, i am disappointed in what is on the field but I love going to games at apogee. My expectation are now low so not overly depressed after the games. I think one problem we have we can't get that quarterback here is because we are a run first team (we can get running backs) and passers want to go somewhere they can throw the ball. Just a theory on why we can't get a decent qb here. I thinks someone just needs to work with smith on his touch not every pass has to be flame. Not all the qb are going to start for TCU, baylor, texas, texas tech we need to get to those guys here. They can start or sit on the bench.
