I still think 8 wins. Biggest problem is we're not the same team on the road. If we can beat Tulane and southern Miss, and maybe win all home games, we can realistically go 8-4. I'm not sold on us on the road yet.

Really? Affected every single Texas school that isn't in a major conference. I do love how one poorly attended game by the students means the student section is weak. LOL. I call this a breakthrough, one of my arty/liberal art English major friends who hasn't been to a UNT game just posted "Well, guess I shouldn't write through the next UNT game, looks like we're good! GO MEAN GREEN!"

I LOVED the game. Our defense really needs to pick it up first half. Brilliant gameplan by Chico and crew. Really surprised me after that Ohio game.

My roommate's parents has season tickets but family was in town from Minnesota so couldn't make it. We sat in their seats and it was great.

I'm sorry, I'm calling out 90. I don't care how dedicated or die hard or how much he supports UNT at this point because he's a chicken____. He talks a big game trashing the team, saying it's Todd Dodge all over again, rips the fans, rips the AD, rips Mac, everyone. Then UNT starts to win and shows that EVERYTHING IS GOING TO PLAN and then he just disappears. Man up.

The alumni side was FULL after half. It was really freaking hot.

I moved to the alumni side. The four sections moved to the alumni side, so shut up 90.

That is hilariously wrong. MTSU game, uh, South Alabama...lol. There was four full sections. They also moved the band so the students are spread out. It's a terrible turnout but not as low as you're saying. Heat was nasty, too.

You have no idea how hot it was. The turnout wasn't bad until we got smoked and everyone left after the first quarter. Furthermore, the AD did a terrible job of getting people excited, everyone is looking forward to the Rice game and homecoming. The early start killed a lot of people.

Terrible crowd, will be around 17K reported. Really sad. The heat was pretty bad on the student section, I moved to the alumni side. TCU had the same problem with an early kick. Oh well. There was no publicity whatsoever, really terrible job by the athletic department. People are already looking forward to Rice and homecoming. A lot of the students left and the elementary kids all hid in the wing zone concourse. I have pictures. The heat was worse than Idaho, IMO.

Tailgating vs Idaho was pretty weak. How's it looking this morning fellow greeners?

Yes, because adding something that the football team loves to the fight song means that UNT students are going to do beer bongs and fall over the ledge if alcohol is allowed.

Why am I not surprised? Do you take the kids out of the house? To Chilis, even? I'm all for it, every other sporting event has alcohol.

It's hilarious. SMU fans are going to be butthurt when the stadium 80% UNT fans come 2015.
