You can't expect your defense to be that dominant every game.

They ran onto the field and started it. Go look at ALL the Twitter posts about the classless UTSA players. The student section is normally vicious but UTSA started it. Also, players shouldn't respond.

McCarney would've cut half of these players.

The fans were great. The players not so much.

We all are. But remember--we don't live in San Antonio.

Go read Twitter. It wasn't just me. Never seen a team actively engage and troll the student section like they did. Profanity, middle fingers, insults, talking back...everything.

Relax. The HoD isn't some super prestigious bowl. They know we'll bring fans. They saw the UTEP and Rice games.

Yup. I knew it would cost us a game, just was praying it wasn't this one. He's similar to Matt Schaub. Defense wasn't great but they held them to 21 points. That should be good enough.

Than be represented by a team like UTSA. I'm not even kidding. Every time I, or any other person in that student section, think of UTSA, they'll immediately go back to that disgustingly trashy team and the fact that they ran out to the field and directly began flipping off the student section. It's the "U" mentality Coker was famous for at Miami but I would be disgusted to be represented by them. This loss hurts. They were more pumped up and more energetic and outplayed us completely. They were the better team. But they were an embarrassment to their school in sportsmanship.

Absolutely. Coker apparently is fine with breeding trash. I could not believe that they rushed out on the field and immediately started flipping us off.

UTSA was so energized.

They came out on the field, and started flipping the student section off. No joke. Cursing, flipping us off, engaging...everything. Trashiest team I've ever seen. Never seen that before. They're confident, but if that's the future of college football, I'll have no part of it.

Yup. Little strange, the whole game.

I'm still proud. We've beat every expectation. We're still bowl bound.

I'm going away from here because knee jerking will be everywhere. What did suck was that I froze my ass off for that.

The defense can only do so much. I'm not sure we beat Tulsa without better QB play.

This loss is just a minor speedbump in the road.

The D was classic bend but not break. The offense was awful.

Very embarrassing. Ruined all the rep we built. But it's a growing pain and we will come out stronger.

I'm pretty sure I got blasted for discussing Derek costing us a game. He did.
