  1. 377 & 170. It's small compared to the usual Spec's, but has the same great prices. I paid $20 for a bottle of Tito's at Spec's, it was $35 at Paradise. Do you mean that location or Spec's as a whole? Wouldn't be surprised either way.
  2. I've been saying that for a while. Soza is a gamer. Not pretty, but he's a winner. Needs an NFL shot.
  3. Damn! That's legit. Good on Lids!! So Sports Authority and Hibbett have NO excuse now. That's more by a huge margin than UT or A&M or anyone else. First I've seen of it but good on them. Will go check it out & support them for carrying lots of NT hats. Also, at Rick...I asked them after they remodeled, they said they design their own shirts but have the logo rights from the school. I don't know what that means, but they do make their own designs. Thus they had some sweet bowl T-shirts...and have some sweet T-shirts they designed such as the "Scrappy Owns Texas" one. Anyway, http://postimg.org/image/7q2dvyh2j/ You can see it's just a cheap bulk shirt. It has a big Alumni design on the back, that definitely is not made by Champion/Nike/Jansport/the usual. Leaves me to assume they made it, especially knowing they made a few other ones.
  4. Correcamino, I've got to give you this. You're one hell of a troll and good at stirring up the UNT fanbase.
  5. Why can Voertman's make non CLC licensed shirts, though? They have customized shirts and they design their own stuff now. Lots of bigger schools have stores that do similar things to Voertman's does now.
  6. There's a guy over there who does squat. How do I know this? They all stalk me on Twitter and troll me because his name is "meanergreen" Apparently they all can't read.
  7. The Denton store has this sticker on their door. Not Fort Worth...the Loop 288 one. Funnily enough they have no TCU gear. Still.
  8. Who gives a flying F? While we're sitting here letting Benford ruin our program and getting excited over 2-star recruits, SMU is taking over the metroplex and making college basketball a thing. Remember when we were on the cusp of being DFW's college basketball? While we sit dawdling with mediocrity in Bumford, LB has built a juggernaut in Dallas with a great arena that doesn't feel dingy with cheap presentation. Like us. Shit, they get American Airlines to sponsor their games. But we have Fuzzy's Tacos!!!!!! Luckily we will embarrass them in football and that's all that matters in Texas. Better tailgating, experience, hotter tickets and a better team...so...we can hopefully forget this nightmare.
  9. Sports Authority makes me want to rage hard. They have the front three rows of racks with Texas A&M and UT gear. Then in the back corner, they have one single rack of UNT gear. To exacerbate matters, they had a "This is a TCU Thursday Store" sticker in the window. They're the worst offender. Literally, F Sports Authority. I'm blaming them for being disrespectful a-holes.
  10. They're still way more expensive than Spec's in Westlake. Amazing selection. Absurdly pricey.
  11. Yup. He earned my doubt, but recent things have proven that he didn't deserve that doubt.
  12. Time to fire Benford. Experiment failed. He has no excuse. He has talent, the fans want to be engaged but he's got nothing.
  13. Irrelevant, eh? Don't feed the troll anymore. I'm done. Doesn't understand statistics. Probably is 17 and just was CAP'd to UTSA.
  14. Leave. Go party on the sewerwalk in the abandoned mall and restaurants. What a dump.
  15. It's really just endowment, and since the endowment is low the restricted research is low. They go hand in hand. We've hit the other metrics they use. Problem is we discouraged donations for years, so we're just playing catch up. Which is why schools like Texas at San Antonio and San Marcos River College have caught up or even passed us. We're all starting from the same place in that regard. Hopefully Smatresk can push that endowment high very quickly like he did at UNLV.
  16. Yes he is. And once he was proven wrong, he's just making excuses with no validity to make himself feel better about his poor college choice. All "tier one" means is you get more funding. UNT has two things holding it back; endowment and restricted research. We hit the rest of the criteria. You can be sure Smatresk is going to figure out how to fix that.
  17. Uh... 73% acceptance rate at UTSA to 59% at UNT. 60% retention rate at UTSA to 79% at UNT. 9% 4-year graduation rate at UTSA to 22% at UNT. 12% of students live on campus at UTSA to 19.3% at UNT. ...these stats are even more impressive because we have a lot more students. UTSA has 8 nationally ranked programs...UNT has 20 nationally ranked programs. UTSA has no top 50 ranked programs...UNT has 5 top 50 ranked programs. UTSA has less of an athletic budget than UNT. Keep in mind those rankings don't include our music and hospitality programs which are some of the best in the country. And our journalism program, the only nationally accredited program in Texas. Shall I go on? We do have a better endowment than you as well. We have similar research numbers (logical, since we are not a science-heavy school historically) and similar acceptance requirements. As do all the schools in Texas. We are way superior academically. It's not even an argument you can argue. Oh, and small school? Really? More students attend UNT than UTSA....... Also, you can't argue professor worth, there's no statistic for that. Although I likely doubt that you have better professors than us.
  18. UTSA is the same tier? In what category? Oh wait! NONE. Also, it is its not it's. UTSA ed.
  19. Pretty sure UNT is more respected for football as of now than SMU. Just sayin. That's freaking hilarious, either way.
  20. Will make it sweeter when we slap them in the face. UT and Austin is so out of touch with reality...who cares.
  21. Yeah, these excuses are completely pathetic and just part of the problem.
  22. That's debatable. ULM once beat Arkansas. I'm not saying we're SEC quality. We're not, at all. But does ULM belong on the field with SEC? Hell no. But "one game does not a seaaon make."
