When it is all said and done UNT is here to provide higher education. So, I am glad Mac is helping these guys get the degree they came here for.

It is true. I feel that our coaches and staff understand that also.

A girl who graduated from ULM was at the bar visiting her buddies that go to UNT. She brought up the last time they kicked are butts in football. It made me sad, but I feel that we are in a better position now, then before.

Most likely we will not steal too many recruits from the bigger programs in Texas (Let's just be honest). We need to find the diamonds in the rough, and just try to compete with schools we compete against for cost of attendance.

10eagle10, I just hope all our away games are televised. Since, I will be at the home games.

Clearly, there are a lot of questions... Who will be the starting QB? Smith could blow the staff away and win the job. I doubt it though. Oline is looking good. A redshirt freshman starting anywhere makes me nervous. They are young and need more experience, but it does not mean he can not do the job. The oline has been strong in the past and I believe the coaches have to right guys to make it strong again. Shorter recievers may be why we might need M. Smith on the field. He has size, can get open in the endzone, and has hands. If we really spread it out this year, he may play more stand up tight end. Hell, who really knows? Lets just get started already!

UNT and TCU, when it comes to college. I am an alum of both. UNT is where my heart is, and where I started. True, TCU is better when it comes to most sports, but I buy my season tickets at UNT. More my style and where I feel at home. However, during baseball season I mainly root for the frogs, since we have no damn baseball team! Hopefully, that changes over the next few years. Then of course for the pros, Cowboys, Rangers, Stars, Mavs, and FC Dallas.

I do not have an issue with most of these rankings. We are sitting at a good spot, in the middle. I want teams to doubt us as much as possible.

No way, no how would BYU join CUSA. Hopefully, UAB and CUSA can get them back on board as soon as possible. The UAB president needs to step down asap.
