In no way should we wait to offer. That makes no sense. Get in the battle early and stay in it till the end. Do we want our players to not play hard in all the quarters but the 4th? The idea is crazy and I hope that is not the case. If that is the case, I am glad I have a degree from another D1 school also and will be able to watch them as we suck for 4 years. Crazy talk.

when I see the green uniforms next to each other, I like the new one better. Old one was boring and looks cheap. Always thought they needed more. New ones are not what I would have picked but in three years we will get something else. So, whatever.

Just seeing this makes my blood pressure go up. I was okay with the unis till I saw this! There is no difference except color and team name. That is just budget (Which we have a larger one then this high school). Our team never gets the best but we can do better than this.

I hope UH never makes P5. Although, they have a better chance than us if they win and we do not. If we stay G5 forever I would not care, as long as we compete.

App State ones are different. Different stripes and logo placement is different. Close though.

Road unis look great!

I think the Uniforms will look fine on the field. We never really got the best designs out of Nike, but in my mind this is better than just green. Pretty sad how quick you could throw it together with the budget unis they have on the builder.

The uniforms are fine. What really matters is how these guys play wearing them.

How the hell does Vito keep his job? Always something spelled wrong. Guess the DRC does not care. Whatever... We should be worried about most things going into this season. It sucks to say but it is a fact. Defense should be fine. DBs worry me some but we have a lot of talent on D line and LB. Offense is the big issue. We have the weapons (WRs and RBs). Will the new O line hold up? Seems like it will. They looked pretty good in the spring game, and they have a great teacher coaching them. We all know about the QB questions (All we talk about). If the questions on offense get answered then we have a season to look forward too. A great coach or a great set of coaches know how to figure out the answers to questions like this every off season. I hope Mac and his squad can do this better than last season.

Tonight at trivia I got a question right with the answer "aids". When we found out it was correct I chanted aids loudly with my team. Would that chant work against SMU?

Ha! Never surprised by SMU screwing up. They want so bad to be a big time player in NCAA sports. I am sure this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to infractions.

I have a bad feeling about it. Seems like the last few uniform/helmet upgrades have gone well so this one won't. I hope I am wrong. Can't wait to find out.

I agree with Ben on this one. There is no way he is the best option. This is not high school, where you start the senior sometimes so daddy and mommy can see him play. I like McNulty. He works real hard and wants to win. Sadly, he does not win. I will cheer for him when the season starts but I will be amazed if he proves me wrong. I hope he does.

Do they not have a jersey that will fit him there at Tennessee State? No way he is getting pads in there.
