We try and offer people a preview show on Saturday. Something that people can listen to if they didn't want to listen to College Game Day or something to listen to out tailgating. We also try to at least do recaps on Sunday. Adam doesn't prep like me so it would force me to be a week ahead. I like to go create all my numbers watch our opponent. Talk to some people so I'm ready to discuss them on the Podcast. Trying to a quality show. We appreciate you as a listener thought. We may not be as established as @Harry and those guys but I think we do a pretty good job.

Its because you're a coach. You're not discounting practice, but you know who puts on when the lights shine. Gamers do their prep work to, but sometimes it doesnt look good in practice. Sometimes they just have that extra pep in their step when they step in between those lines.

With this being homecoming week and the 125th anniversary I believe the President is trying to avoid the bad press this week. I'm going to guess that we hear something in the next two weeks. If we dont then he is staying. So my guess is that next Monday UNT will hold a press conference saying that North Texas and RV are mutually parting ways. At least this is what I hope.

If he has these inconsistencies in practice and you dont trust him why did he even see the field taking meaningful snaps? Mac is such a big proponent of practicing well, yet he allows a kid to play who doesnt practice well? Why? Why throw dirt on the kid? Oh wait he changed some plays on the field that he wasnt supposed to, so you're gonna punish him and talk bad about him. But arent you already punishing him for missing spring ball? Oh wait you dont have excuses do you? Oh you do. Please Sir step away from this university. Step away from this program. Stop running from the truth Mac. You have no idea what you're doing. You never did with QBs and you never will.

Dont discount the fact that Applewhite could probably bring in a good staff. Fritz should absolutely be the one of the first 2 guys you call.

Look most of us watched the game in SD and both QBs looked bad. Smith was bad, McNulty was bad. Smith was thrown under the bus by his HC. McNulty was praised for his solid play.

I'm looking for a guy that recruit Texas. Is young and energetic a guy that can easily relate to today's players and game. Has to be an offensive minded coach. We won't get noticed for good defense. The thing that I think a lot of people tend to overlook is staffing. I want a guy who can bring in a quality staff. I'd want to see the staff salaries figure raised.

I heard Coach Mac asked CUSA officials if they could institute the running clock for that game.

No because the harsh reality of the situation is that our current HC doesnt care about the future. He has set us up to watch more failures in the future. He has proven that he has no clue throughout his entire career when it comes to QBs. The current game of college football has passed him by. He just throwing more dirt on the program himself. Its not the media, not the fans, not the players, its all on him. It was all on him last year and it still is. Homecoming a time we should be proud of our university. Instead we are in shame. Instead we are in a dumpster fire race with UT.

Carlos Harris had a nice tweet tonight about people wanting to see him fail then shake his hand and call him a teammate. He deleted his tweet. Its clear that this team isn't handling adversity well and the leadership isn't as strong as what was perceived before the season.
