Meacham does have DFW coaching connections, but he isn't the recruiting guru that some think he is. His success would be largely tied to what type of staff he can bring in. He'd have to bring in an ace staff. Both Littrell and Meacham are great Xs and Os guys. Littrell is the better recruiter and has a higher upside. Its not easy to cover a coach search. There is so much crap being floated out there. Its hard to tell what real and not real. I think its pretty safe to assume its either Meacham or Littrell. I think its safe to say Littrell must have had one helluva interview, because he is giving them some pause on offering Meacham the job. Stop it. Its between those 2.

I don't think that's it. I'm just saying not everyone is looking for OC hires. Hell Memphis is about to offer Mizzou's DC their job. I'm saying there are lots of good candidates out there. Don't get down that our candidates get mentioned for other jobs.
