To the casual observer, that probably seems like a fair assessment. If you only know one thing about UAB football, it's probably that they didn't have a program for two years. That stat alone doesn't scream "football powerhouse."

So we won on Saturday. As far as games I've watched in person, it was a Top 10 most enjoyable game to see. I rode high all weekend because we are *drum roll* 1 and 0 in conference!!! But now it's Monday, so I ask... Is anyone else MORE concerned about the rest of our season because of that game? It looks to me like our offense is really coming on and that's great! But our defense has almost nothing left to give in the fourth quarter and, though MUCH improved, there were still special teams mistakes. We also had way fewer penalties than we did at Iowa, but there is definitely more to clean up there as well. I'll cheer like hell and believe our guys can come out of SoMiss with the W, if enough breaks go their way, but when you say we're going to get the upset I ask myself, "Based on what?"

They said "to be seen by 90,000 drivers daily" so my guess is leaving it up in all its glory.

I'm impressed by how they simultaneously gave us too much credit and overhyped their capabilities.

I've been following UNT football for about a decade. I think I'll need 7 wins to feel okay about how Saturday went down.

Wife and I were supposed to be boarding a cruise ship in Galveston for our five year anniversary tomorrow. Supposed to be gone through 9/2. They're pushing back the boarding date now, but we aren't sure what's going to happen. May shorten the trip or cancel it all together. I say all that to say - I don't know if I will be in Texas on Monday evening or not.

No lie, I think every one of them is perfect. We FINALLY have a matte black helmet. They are simple, but freaking beautiful. Finally incorporated the SOW into the shoulders.
