I didn't read enough to figure out what started this bickering, but I think I like meangreener. Fiesty. Also, critiquing this video is dumb. If you don't like it, make a better one.

My aunt played basketball at UNT when she was in college. After a year at a military academy prep school, I decided to go to a real university and started looking at Texas schools because I had Texas Guaranteed Tuition. After touring UNT, I fell in love. I went to UNT for three years as an undergrad while doing ROTC. I was, unfortunately, medically disqualified from military service for hearing, so I currently work for UNT as well. Although being on the administrative side of things reveals some less than beautiful aspects of the university, I still love the direction it is going. Because of the awesome employee discount, I'm pursuing a Masters in Public Administration currently. (That's the #1 program for an MPA in Texas, for anyone interested!) UNT is as much a part of me as anything else at this point.

I talked to Dajon Williams for a little while today and said that he did end up getting a medical redshirt, but he seemed pretty optimistic about the opportunity to take the reins next season.

Go Ball State! Gotta say...before this season, I would never have cared about a game like this one. I'm enjoying having a reason to care.

They did actually do a whole article on him in the paper. And if anyone has watched the preview for "Beyond the Green" Episode 10, it looks like they'll be making a big deal out of it there as well.

Figures. We could finally get some props on that game and its gonna be killed. Bummer...

As our UTSA friends would say, the game is going to happen. I'm just saying it would be cool to watch that movie in Apogee. Whether the championship game is at Apogee or ECU or w/e.

My wife brought up a good point...How great would it be to watch Necessary Roughness in Apogee before the CUSA championship?

We can't be beaten if we get at least 21 points. Whether we produce those points or not (offense, defense, or special teams) seems to be the only question for me about whether or not we win. (We will.)

I was psyched to see him make that block as well as seeing him drop his shoulder on QB draws and get the first down. But like SSP is saying, he can't be great sometimes. He can't start overthrowing people again. That throw that Darnell Smith went up for (and subsequently got injured trying to catch) scared the crap out of me. Granted, he was scrambling when he threw it.

Killer defense today. Only serious flaw was missing the pick in the endzone that would have shut UTEP out. Has anyone heard yet how many sacks we had? It seemed like double digits...

Maybe they'll put a jersey and cap on him or something to cover the sagging skin and unkempt brow. Gotta agree though...the only inspiration I get from that bird is inspiration to run away.

Not sure if anyone is still following this, but I suppose I should say thanks for the welcome! I did not know anyone even posted after me (to remain consistent with not knowing much). I got my notifications all fixed up now though! My ignorance will die a little every day.
