That would simply be a doors effect. People enjoy music and the hype it brings to athletes. I can assure you a player on the floor much rather hear music that will feed their adrenaline than a school chant. That’s an every sport thing.

Hate to have lost to Mcneesse state who isn’t even listed.

I felt like they were built on Scott and Jones who stayed with us through thick and thin. Yes Perry came and had quick success before running away, but he did have more consistency than I felt we have had the last two season. Stone and Sissoko are the only guys who have stuck it out and honestly neither are top caliber. We are full of juniors and seniors who will be one and done it seems.

3 fouls in about 30 seconds to put the in the 1-1. That’s brutal and a bit questionable.

It’s the transfer portal. I feel like we won’t see guys playing the our team for more than 2 years before leaving or graduating. Makes chemistry difficult as well as it being difficult to feel connected as a fan.

Does anybody have a consistent offensive game in our team right now? Constant turnovers and missed shots. We can turn it around. Plenty of time.

I thought it worked to an extent but really stood out against Tech, Tulane, and Army. I figured in our to be army we would simply need to eat up more clock than them. We decided to do the opposite.

And it seems like they try to adjust it while it’s on…. At least that is what it sounds like.

Why college sports should be destroyed and built back up better. Nobody cares about the players. Never have never will. It’s about the schools. The NIL is a joke.

It is a holiday. When I attended I lived in Denton (my whole life). Didn’t miss a game. It comes with being more of a commuter school.

Still can’t figure out how to make the sound system loud again. The band is louder than the music. That’s a problem. Next season they really need to make DACTU rocking and pack it out. Find anyway to draw students and make it a place more fun the the hill they want to sit and drink and listen to music on. I had hoped we would have built of the stands on the student section by now, but we first have to draw them in. (I understand it’s Thanksgiving break…. I am referring to all home games to make it better).

They won’t… or you can just follow what ever CBL says… I can assure he is never at any DFW area games and has never once coached at the high school level or higher. I would advise staying away from his commentary. I assure you a majority or local talent and local coaches are not going to see it this way. They will always push their best players to “better” programs. Football got lucky with Sides since his dad coaches at Guyer and they moved to the area. I am not saying this is my view; however this is not a view most will see. It’s not a “bad take”. It’s just what I have seen over and over.

Because most people are not going to go much further than the name McNeese State… For the same reason many people will simply shrug at the name North Texas.

Agreed, but this is a lose (if it happens) that will look crappy to recruits and locals.

99% sure we will be getting a foul on both ends every possession to close out this game…
