I really wish our offense was better. I always want to win, but sometimes these games lately are a drag…. Nothing to excite a recruit or draw fans to the games.
-
One would think it would mean we are not only smarter/more veteraned, but also better built bodies for the game. Idk if that seems true with our guys.
-
FIU looks far more aggressive than we do.
-
Morgan doesn’t either…. We don’t seem to like to play Bigs.
-
I don’t think we have one. People who have simply tuned into a game have seemingly commented we have no offense. It’s grit defense and just throw the ball around on offense. Not even a basic offense and it moves at a snails pace. If we we are going to play undersized/small ball we better be athletic and push the pace. Going to have to learn to pick up the on offense.

Yeah. ESPN plus has been showing a lot more NBA G league games this year. Since I don’t have Bally sports and I’m not paying their ridiculous subscription fee I have watched many a G league game. Also cheaper than the NBA league pass. Lol
-
Then he needs to blow by them. That’s a solid switch if you wana get in the paint and if they collapse somebody is open for 3.
-
He has been dominating for their G-Leauge team. At least last time I checked. He is getting an NBA pay check and being given chances on a young competitive team. He is doing just fine.
-
Agreed. They should be able to now/scan ID and get in. I also thought we would be upgrading the entrances but I guess that never happened. They just closed some of them…
-
I remember when we use to have that old come come out every half time and mop down the floor. Every half… idk what ever happened to that. Also I generally try to stay of foolish sites like Reddit, Twitter, etc… but at one time I got sucked into the useless void and remember people discussing this. It essentially came down to strategic preference and some nonsense people who use those types of sites spew 🤣

Yea that was a 24 to 11 run then…. Because it was 21 to 2 and I made that post just before halftime. 🤷🏼♂️
-
Well it was 21-2 and it was around 32-24 So yes…. I know for a fact it was just about 24-9 run since 22 and 24 are only 2 apart like wise that UNT point difference was close…. However generally people when talking about sports don’t make their statements sound so absolute or factual. Unless your a few oddballs on here who need to pay themselves on their back….
-
19 to 6 free throw differential is a little suspicious. Especially when we were once up 21-2…..
-
Good grief western on something like a 24-9 run.

I am referring to beating teams that have higher ratings. St. Mary’s was just a bad lose and we weren’t healthy at all going into that game. Losing to them doesn’t hurt us as bad as losing to FIU or UTSA. Our losses are decent losses and two of them were very winnable. That’s a good thing… you’re intentionally being inept so you can laugh behind your keyboard. Feels good? You can be the new CBL…

Move on. It’s a new year plus Buffalo was not getting top 25 votes which 2 of the 3 teams we lost to are getting. UAB is also getting them in some polls and UNCW is on a roll. Our schedule so far is holding up, but a few weak teams in conference could affect us.
-
I think we would need to win out to have an at large bid. That’s assuming UNC willimngham, St. Mary’s and FAU all do well.
-
So did he decided to stay here one more season? Lots of talk with the coaching staff I am assuming.
-
FAU and St. Mary's are receiving top 25 votes. If we had won that tournament in the Bahamas we might be getting the same. Definitely if we had beat FAU.
-
That was just in reference to our team not the hundreds of others. It’s not super common, but it’s clearly more common than the original poster had thought.
-
Dude it happened within the last 2-3 years…. And that’s just a UNT fan. It’s not that uncommon.
-
That’s fair enough. I am not on that side. I did not know this part. I was just letting him know though refs do not have authority to eject fans they can ask the staff working in the arena to remove them. It happened a few years ago to a separate UNT fan. He was praised by Mac after I believe. He was also a member of a local Lego collecting group (DFW LUG) and was seen on television at our most recent bowl game but his name is slipping my mind. He did move away I thought. He has a beard and no hair. I will try to search him up real quick if I can.
-
But the refs can ask staff to remove fans. It has happened before in the pit and at other universities around the nation…
-
That’s not true at all… Under Rule 10, when circumstances warrant, an official has the authority to request home game management to eject fans when the behavior, in the officials eyes is out of line.

Where? I missed this. What section? Video?
