Perhaps. We have always assumed worst case scenario giving up 3 points per 45 seconds (in college). So 15 point lead you could do around 4 minutes. That’s the absolute worst case scenario. I would do last 5 minutes up by 15 or more.

I don’t count NBA tv as national games because we do not get that channel and many don’t. Plus I have heard complaints that some are black outer anyway do so whatever Bally Sports nonsense is doing…. Makes me happy UNT is on ESPN plus because I have seen highlights of other schools/conferences whose games are aired on there. and no hate…. For like the last 20-25 years I haven’t missed that many games with our season tickets but this year has been different and even today we have Monster Jam (Christmas gift for my four year old) so I will be watching on my phone as we drive down there.

Boy y’all are wild….. Mavs play only so many games on national television and UNT is pretty much on ESPN plus or some other service/Chanel easily obtained every game. I switched back and forth as the start of the game was very slow and only a few chances before the playoffs to see Kyrie and Luka play together.

Dropped 40 tonight in the win.

Not impressed at all. Mavs are on and with the weather I am at home…. Hard to not choose the Mavs over this. A point a minute is brutal to watch.

Holy Crap this is the sloppiest I have seen us all year! 7 turn overs and 5 fouls in the first 8-9 minutes. Awful! Surprisingly the shooting percentage is great actually.

That was by far the worst foul call I have seen alllllll year. Scott literally let him go to the basket and dunk and he missed. Scott went to the side and they called a foul. Absolutely horrible call.

Dude…. He has done many of our games since the start of the year…. I even made a comment early on when I was at a game about my mother in law message me who the guy was because his voice was annoying to her.

I even remember in 2001 @Rudy I think Emmitt too working to actually get fans to sit at Norman because not everyone could stand or see the entire time. Idk…. I am up in the air but I don’t get super excited jumping up and down at every play any more. It’s a chess match and I enjoy watching it and even planning it out on my own.

Eh. I guess I understand a kid student section but I’m trying to watch the game. I enjoy good basketball and usually standing and screaming makes it hard for me to focus and see what’s going or or what I think is going to happen next. I do stand on this close out possession and end game scenarios. Even then maybe 5 years ago I got chewed out by people behind me for standing to much. I guess it’s fair enough.

That may be true, but they can easily be persuaded. If our campus can be I. Love with TCU and Kansas right now why not UNT. Go hard for a guyer kid an recruit local and watch it grow.

They still did similar things pre covid. I know it’s difficult and a lot of resources for potentially so little, but we haven’t had the cheerleaders or scrappy on our campus since 2019. I know Tyler goes to elementary schools and a a season ticket holder who works at Pecan Creek hooked them up with Tyler!
