Oh for sure! It’s just they bleed together. People who jump from friend groups or jobs are also more likely to leave a family situation as well. 30-40 years ago we saw a lot less of this. Something to be said about consistency and loyalty .

I will just have to disagree. People these days are loose with commitments. To be fair it goes both ways and schools could also move away from players. To me none of it makes sense. People just quit on jobs, marriage, family, etc…. One precedent leads to the other. Somewhere over the last few decades we have lost our way. All about me me me instead of commitment and the betterment of others. I am disappointed in Mac as well. My wife use to see him at the coffee shop and think he was committed to the area. She liked him, but no more and her words were a whole lot worse than mine 🤣. She used it as an example for our son about commitment and actual family over fame and cash. Very disappointed in all of it. It was the same with JJ to an extent but he stayed longer and landed his actual dream job.

What a disgrace this is becoming. Go ahead and ruin your career…. Don’t go coaching and influencing others to do the same. Kids need a good roll model. Not someone who ups and bounces to advance themselves. How sad for him. 😢

Hopefully this excitement helps keep the guys together realizing they can do amazing things on the national level.

Agreed. The last 3-4 minutes of the game FAU still attempted shots within the first 12-15 seconds of the shot clock almost every possession. Even the last possession they didn’t use the time wisely. I’m not saying bide your time and jack threes, but clock management was poor.

That sums up their offense the last ten minutes. They kept going and going but never drawing a foul and missing shots or turning it over. They could have burned that clock to where they would have won by 6. They didn’t. I guess that’s on May.

FAU should have slowed this down 3 minutes ago. So out of control. They know refs ticket tack on them now and then keep rushing or turning it over and then fouling. Use that clock!

I would have hoped Max would have been home watching this with the team…. Hopefully Hodge is watching with these guys telling them this could be us next year. FAU will be legit again with the coach and roster returning.

Hodge must retain at minimum Jones, Scott, Sissoko, Stone, and Moore. That is a competitive starting line up in the American.

You don’t remember this guy…. Played for La Tech. A lot of fans thought he might transfer here but opted to try his luck in the draft. Go read older threads or look him up. Big time La Tech player and foe. Wouldn’t have minded the transfer but he is is doing good.

I thought it was pretty evident by the 11 minutes he played against Alcorn state and started jawing with the other bigs and staff. When he didn’t show up against Sam Houston State I assumed he quit or was told to not come back.

True and then people who know the truth who try to subtly let it know as to not give away too much or how much of the know they are in are bashed…. It’s an odd world 🤣
