If we ever rebuild it needs to be across the street with a bridge that goes over the road between the two. Hold tournaments and house a parking garage next to it. Would love to see a restaurant there by the dorms again people would go to after games like the old fouts field.

Imagine where we would be if Jones is hurt, Buggs doesn’t play, and Walker didn’t get the “permission” to play…. Maybe it’s time to get a few more guys some reps…. Just to be safe….

I have to assume he will sit out tomorrow and then try to play against Temple. Maybe just a sore hamstring. Nothing torn or pulled to bad we hope. We will need Buggs back tomorrow.

Because we play defense… apparently some refs just don’t like that. Even when we stand straight with arms up. A couple missed calls go against us and 4-5 no fouls called on us…. Still managing to hang in there though.

They have 6 players tagged with less fouls than our next closest player with the least fouls. We only now have 7 avoidable players. These refs really wana give this one over to the fans… 6 players with 1 or 0 fouls while our guys are all tagged with 2-3 plus fouls….. ugh

Hopefully it’s just the game. Hamstrings can end a season quick 😕

In a lotto for 1200 seats they said and no not all dead center as that photo as from a student where he was gong to sit apparently. Go down the rabbit hole that is Reddit student section seating…. I got lost lol.

They aren’t dead center….. and sure going to games for 30 years and I’m a miserable fan…. Ok 🙃

Here is where a select few Duke students are allowed to sit. And yes many sit up top. 1,200 “crazies” sit in section 17. -you can go get lost on Reddit to read all about the threads of where students sit at games and find almost none of them are anywhere outside of behind and to the sides of the goals. The rest up top. Many have to actually purchase tickets or enter a lotto.

Well a simple search (plus having know people from other universities) would be they sit whine the goals and most of the pay for that….. or in football they pay (sometimes) more than I do for a club ticket at UNT and then sit in the nose bleeds….

People come to watch games. If they want to jump around the whole time then go join the cheer leaders….. little reason to get hyped until the game is over and we have won.

Rumor is at half he was Chewing on Aaron Scott’s ear…. Maybe it worked…. also told them to start attacking and drawing fouls. That might have been worked.

….. people come to watch a game. I wouldn’t want a bunch of people jumping up and down in front of me. I can be here and don’t even have to clap…. We show up to watch the game. Close end game scenarios are different sure.

They literally get in free….. stop it. They can jump around behind the goal. I don’t mind a little standing or in close games at the end but I much prefer to sit and watch the game.

Why would there not be an advantage behind the basket? They literally get in free and can be behind the opposing teams basket for a half and near bench still.

Absolutely not. Unless they purchase the tickets then sure. Otherwise student section is top bowl and 5 sections behind one of the goals.

Why wouldn’t Edwards be the next point guard? Who says Ruben leaves? He and Scott can come back for one more run next season.

We were at the game. At least for most of it. Just bummed we lost to Fordham. Everything else was fine but that took the wind out the sails.
