Is SMU on the list from the dead hooker incident from way back in Craig's day?

C-USA purchases Bahamas Bowl, increases commitment
UNTexas replied to 10Eagle10's topic in Mean Green Football
Not difficult. State can get passports expedited if they need to. This is one of those instances they would get it done ASAP. The host country can also grant waivers if they wish and the official party and players would have to provide specific documents. The Athletic Department would have to do the leg work. The players would have to provide certified birth certificates and the rest is easy. The Bahamian officials aren't stupid, they'll have a POC make sure the visiting teams follow the SOPs for everyone to be granted admittance. If kid's club soccer teams can accomplish this simple task then I damn well expect the AD to be Johnny on the spot for the mundane details like this. -
Total BS for Idaho.

Kiki's and Little Diner are very very good. If you ever get the chance hit the original Lucy's on Mesa for breakfast then go for sure. The Steak Picado is pure greatness. I really miss the Riviera though. I ate there several times a week for years. Very true about EP not being like Arizona. The Mexican food in West Texas is even different than New Mexico. NM really does put chiles on everything. I guess that's why Hatch has gotten so famous. All yummy food though. Off topic but has anybody ever tried The Elvis at Chuy's? Greatness triple bypass enducing Tex-Mex. I had it the other day and wow, it was good. Chicken breast battered in a Lay's potato chip mixer, deep fried, with queso on top...

I was told I had to try Joe T Garcia's. So, when I was in Fort Worth for work I did. It's on par with On the Border. The place itself is really cool, however, the food is average. Maybe the reason all those famous people on their walls think it's great is because they've never had really good Mexican food. Call me picky but being from El Paso, I think Joe Ts is pretty weak. I'm still searching the Metroplex for good Mexican food.

I think it's interesting how A&M is deemed high and mighty now because they haven't won so much as a conference title since, what, 1998? Why is that? Is it because they are in the SEC? Some SEC teams aren't exactly swell though. Texas has won a National Title and played in a national title game since then and the Aggies haven't even won a conference championship. I'm not a UT fan boy but kids aren't as dumb as people think. They have dad's too. I'd rather my kid go to Texas if those were the only two on the table. Texas is still Texas. It's still in a really cool town and College Station is crap. The schools and towns still matter. (I'd rather my kids go Ivy league but that's just me.) Texas is one of the perennial Goliaths. A&M behaves as if they are. Texas still puts plenty of guys in the pros too. In more sports as well. If I were throwing money down, I'd say Strong will be coaching Texas in a National Title game or at a minimum a conference title game before Sumlin does either at A&M. Hopefully, Texas gets those aspirations crushed opening weekend 2014... Anyway, maybe I'm wrong. Strong seems to be the real deal to me. No matter what A&M is not going to easily replace the talent they're losing. Rice was taking it to them without Manziel. Food for thought anyway.

I can't speak for anybody but me, however, when I was 18 staying at home was the last thing I wanted to do. Can't really fault a guy for wanting to change his scenery away from his family.

Obviously #1 is Chuck Norris for all the reasons on chucknorrisfacts.com, #2 Jack Bauer because he always finds a way to win. #3 Frank Drebin because he always finds a way to win. #4 Hannibal because he loves it when a plan comes together. #5 Cobra Commander even though he's a bad guy because he never quits trying to destroy the world.

There are some complete douchebags on that website.

So,60 percent of the time it works every time?

Don't kid yourself Harry, home or away will be equally tough. This series isn't a home nor away game for either team. The only difference will be the locker room they report to. SMU coaches will sell their team the idea of our upstart status in their view and our coaches will sell the opposite. All the kids will be ready to fight. Ain't a shuttle launch, it's old school football pride.

Looks like it will be a nice stadium. It does look small but it's not done yet.

I must say I don't care for them and the helmets are awful. They missed the mark...

If there were a time for us to take these guys, I think this is it.

Duh, no, they'd be wielding awesome. But what if Hacksaw Jim Dugan was there? -
Knife ban now?
UNTexas replied to The Fake Lonnie Finch's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
Actually, if I have my Glock in hand, knife wielding prick inside of 15 yards, I am retreating away until I can get a clear shot before he filets me. Anyone who's carried a gun knows that. Any moron can carve you up swiftly with a blade. So, at the end of the day, if you take away guns, the savages will go to blades, bats, chucks, or whatever. Not much of a debate. Savages will always exist regardless on government regulations. -
I can do pizza. What style is it?

1. UNT is winning CUSA in football this upcoming season. 2. Since you've been in Denton for 15 years settle my lunch debate for Denton. We are going up there next week. Best burger in Denton? (fast food & chains don't count) Go!
