Bottom line, we have zero offense. The guys throwing the ball are just not good at it. We have a line, recievers, and backs though. It sucks. And in all honesty, the offense should b e ashamed of themselves. They hung their team out to dry.

I agree with your assessment. Hopefully they don't score that much but they're going to give it a go. Strong needs a convincing win. Untested UNT players may face better teams but they're not going to face better talent. It will be a good learning experience for our newer players. That being said I hope they stomp the sh$t out of SMU week two.

Exactly my thought. UNT shouldn't show up to support other programs. It's stupid. Let their own fans show up. They aren't going to ever do their show at our school, regardless of who we play, so why support their show and other universities? It's Busch League to show up and support their request. They just need warm bodies. We have our own game this weekend.

+1, why would a single fan of ours show up to be fillers for broadcasts involving other teams? Screw ESPN.

It's been implied all along that the job was McNulty's to lose. I'd say Greer was competing for the job when the pic was taken. Their obviously been tight lipped as to who the starter is because we are 8 days until kick off. The coaches have to know. If anyone weremember to watch practice right now they'd know. The starters reps are going to go through the roof this week.

Every time an indecisive coach does that he sets both quarterbacks up for failure and the offense never executes on all cylinders. Mac will pick one and go for it. They've had Spring ball and Camp to decide.

I know it's highly unlikely we beat Texas but to approach any game completely expecting to lose is sad and pathetic. Upsets happen. I completely agree staying healthy for the remaining games is one of the most important aspects of the first game.

It wouldn't be bad. Drive to the game and swing up to Taos for a few days of post game skiing. I'd like it. I'd like the HOD Bowl again more though.
