There were no highlights from this game. If DW doesn't start the next game the coaches have no interest in winning this season. DW made it look like a legit offense.

I totally forgot about Otays. I was never a fan of it. I was a Tavern man myself. I don't recall drinking at the Flying Tomato but I ate there all the time. The State Club had good food too. Awesome chicken strips. I miss the Texas Pickup.

Did you ever stop and think they are seriously frustrated? If you follow other fans they are exactly the same as ours. Hell, SMU has folks screaming to end the program after 2 losses. People get that he is someone's kid. But that kid is failing and can't cut it. It's football. People like the violence and those players do too. That's why they play. Our fans are pretty tame compared to most.

The season is a bust if Greer is the QB. I had high hopes for him but those hopes are long gone. Even if he improves it's just not enough.

I spoke to friends who were at the game and they had similar stories as previous posts except they added racial elements. Townies from El Chuco tend to be that way. There are a ton of bigots out there. Ignorance is bliss. I wish we didn't have to play out there. Good thing they sell beer in the stadium to fuel that trashy mob. What an embarrassment. I feel bad for my friends still living there. If you do go to the game out there this year expect fat drunken trash like the people in this video to try and show you and everyone else how "chingon" they are. I wouldn't recommend taking your kids either.

This dipshit was correct. We aren't equals. Our peers understand the English language and don't suffer from delusions of grandeur. We are not on the same level at all. We humiliated them in front of their 100 or so fans, tiny band, and cheerleaders who didn't have anyone to lead in cheers. I actually felt sorry for their players because of how pathetic their support is. Its not their fault. A few years back UTEP banned tailgating because of this type of thing. EP and this behavior is typical and not new. Fat guys with machismo issues who want the world to know how tough they are. I refused to take my kids to Miner games because of the behavior of these people. As a kid I remember fights breaking out even in the season tickets holders section. Expect to have fat drunks yell at you in the parking lot for wearing green if you travel up there when we play them. I know some EP folks will try and defend UTEP saying it ain't so but I've seen it plenty of times. Not to say there aren't good folks out there but there are a ton classless fatties as illustrated by the video.

Not that I care, but when they got the death penalty for cheating weren't some of their victories vacated like Penn State? You'd think when you're the worst cheating offender in NCAA history you're cheating victories would be vacated. Penn State had to and they didn't cheat. (They were worse in my book though.)
