Regardless of the score, assuming we win of course, playing well in all three phases of the game is a must. Getting out of Saturday on a positive offensive note will be extremely important too. They've put the Defense and Special Teams in some difficult situations. Get the ball moving and the rest will fall into place. If we dominate all phases the score will reflect the game. My two cents anyway... It feels good that we aren't always the one being put in the body bag.

Having a kid freaked me out at 30 while married and with a great career. My wheels would have come off when I was his age. Everyone should stop with this maturity bs. He had life issues that were honestly more important than a game. It sounds like he's going to have more than one hat to wear and I'd bet he's going land on his feet just fine. He's in the drivers seat now and knowing he's fought more adversity than others makes me want him to succeed even more. On and off the field.

It's absolutely a stupid thread. There is zero reason for a competition. Two QBs have proven they have absolutely no place as a starter on a D1 field.

I agree with you as usual but to an extent. However, for me, if DW does what I believe he can do. Burn the boats or Cross the Rubicon. Whatever expression blows your hair back. Go with DW to the bloody end. We are 1/4 through the 2014 season. Get him reps ASAP in a live fire entertainment. The others have been weighed, judged, and found wanting. In 2015 let Means take his job if he's up to the task.
