  1. Agreed with "Army" above.
  2. Posted this on the Vegas Line thread, but will over here too. Based on the first three quarters of the IU game... UNT - 34 Tulsa - 28 Unless the fourth quarter syndrome hits us, then... UNT - 27 Tulsa - 42
  3. Never been a fan of UT personally, but I can appreciate where you're coming from. NT has been a school I've supported by going to games since I was old enough to drive and I have always been faithful to them as a student, even in driving out for the 2008 KState game and the 2009 loss to 'Bama. And as I've illustrated before, can't really count me as a TCU-bandwagoner; I've got the ticket stubs to prove that. One thing that's drawn me to TCU is the environment that I grew up with out there. A similar environment that drew me to UNT. Oh, btw- UNT90, I'm glad you're an avid NT fan, but TCU provided me some in "the education department" in the sense that I took some classes there my first summer out of college.
  4. Not unless we play like we did in the fourth quarter again. But based on the first three quarters, I think a ten-point line would be fair though. Score predictions... UNT - 34 Tulsa - 28 Unless the fourth quarter syndrome hits us, then... UNT - 27 Tulsa - 42
  5. That's a tough one, but I couldn't say right now. Last time they played was in 2002 and TCU won a close game 16-10. I think that my long standing would make me mostly root for TCU, but I'd like to see a close game either way. Wouldn't be upset though if UNT won the match up.
  6. True, but my dad's birthday was today, so the TCU game meant spending some time with him. And the TCU game was scary for a bit, 3-3 until 1:54 left in the second quarter.
  7. haha, alright. fair enough there.
  8. Hey, I'm tcufrog115 on that board. I am a UNT student who hasn't missed but a few UNT home games the past few years, but I have been a lifetime TCU fan, even during the crappy 90s-era. My grandparents both went to TCU and my parents met on that campus and married at Forest Park nearby. So I can honestly say that I owe a lot to TCU and enjoy seeing the few friends I have on the field there. As far as not going to the UNT game, that's my bad. But I try my best to make both the TCU and UNT home games and couldn't really pull it off this weekend. Regardless though, TCU's fans have given praise to the Mean Green in the past. In my case though, I'm looking forward to a great season in conference play. I think UNT will pull it out and make a run at 6-6 for sure.
