No one have ever slayed our elephant I love doing brisket myself, and in The South, I often judge a BBQ place not by pork or ribs, but by how good the brisket and smoked turkey is.

Should be a beautiful evening, and our first night game of the year. For those of you fortunate enough to make the trip, anyone doing brisket?? Of course BBQ in the South is pulled pork, but I enjoy both. Looking forward to seeing Chancellor compete with our secondary. As a BBQ guy, thought I would ask it anyone has a personal brisket or sauce recipe they would like to share?? Thanks, and hope you guys enjoy the trip!
