  1. Give discounts to all area JC / Communtity College students, TCJC DCCC, Collin County, Grayson etc. I've had conversions with several DCC and TCJC students this year regarding the new Football experience at UNT (Apogee). I am sure that at least 5 students I spoke with will try to attend a game, they plan to applying for admission to UNT after obtain thier AA degree.
  2. I am actually interested in purchasing about 12 "Mean Green Game Day" signs similar to the signs displayed outside the PIT on BB Game Day.
  3. Gotta get the Yard Flag online, I have two. ($14.95 ea.). You can buy the yard flog stands at Wal-mart ($7.95). I also have Three different North Texas Flags.
  4. Hell NO,,,,

  6. Like the idea, but what color would the Helmet have be to highlight the Flag? BlacK?
  7. What are UNT's options? Sit and Wait?

Our first 10 win season since 1947!
  10. I would still like to see a 100th Anniversary Game verses TCU on the 2013 schedule.
  11. Fall 2013 will be 100 Years of North Texas Football (1913 - TCU 13 NT 0). Do we have any special acitivites planned for the 2013 season? This is a major milestone for our University's football program, we need to embrace it.
  12. If you can't Join them, Then Beat them! Get La tech and Utah State in the Belt and establish a Conference Championship Game...
  13. Student and Alumni attendence at Football games is not limited to UNT, DFW residence do not support College sports, I have been attending both TCU and UNT games since 1975. All DFW college programs are having attendance problems, I am really suprised at the low attendence at TCU games considering thier recent success with BCS Bowl games. My wife and I continue attending all UNT home games regardless of the Win/loss records.
  14. I agree, regardless of the attendance it was a great day for UNT Football. We brought our grandchildren to the game and we all were fortunate to witness UNT Football history. Did anyone see to TCU attendance on replays? simular to our turnout.
  15. Air Force 2012 Schedule might wide open. Our best chance of selling out at Apogee is scheduling at Military Academy at home and ofering special ticket pricing for Active Service Members and Veterans. The Last time we played Army at Home (2009) 23,647, Navy (2007) 26,012. DFW area has Thousands of Active Military and Veterans, could be a big draw if scheduled Veteran's weekend.
  16. I like the Alumi ticket proposal, this would be great for 2012 Homecoming (set an attendance record). We should also consider targeting local residence with Gameday offers like "Fill the Wing Zone" $1 night for Denton County Youths 18 and under, $5 for parents.
  17. Don't need to start a new league. SBC is adding So. Alabama to schedule in 2012 and to the conference in 2013, Invite two more teams to join SBC, create two divisions and a Conference playoff. West Division East Division UNT FAU La Tech FIU Arkie St Troy LaLa WKU La Monroe MTSU NMST or UTSA So, Ala
  18. When do we get our shot at Duke, Minnesota and Kentucky?
  19. The uniform fund ideas - is great, I'd kick in a fews $$$ Would like to see the Eagle on the Helmets (replacing "North Texas")
  20. Would be sweet if they could improve 10 to 15 positions by end of Season...
