12-11 NT We are blocking great, they have real trouble finding holes. Dillard is pretty much our attack, but she is so good that might be enough. If we can stabilize reseption or put a bit more pressure on em with our service that should be enough.

And NT wins 3-1 good effort. Semis against troy tomorrow. Will be underdogs, but the team has been on a nice little run here towards the end of the season

MTSU 18 NT 17 in the 4th. had lots of trouble in reception at the begining, settled down and went on a run and now having trouble finding a way past the block, but at least blocking the middle great and defending well on our side.

While I do not think we should call for his head, I do think starting the most hyped team of the decade of to a sason with the most embarassing loss of the decade (and it would have been that for any of the last 10 squads) should earn you to be put on immediate notice. If things pick up, well then this is just one embarassing loss... but if it turns out, that our so far small sample even halfway adequately prdeicts what will happen during the season; if this is just another up and down season: then he does not deserve a second season. NT has given too many coaches that were obvious not to get a turnaround done to much time. And if we say NT, then the man in charge of those decisions was RV. So if he takes flack for those I think this is deserved (although there are also some real important successes for the Program by RV also @ Harry while I get that lastly we should also hold the players responsible, the coach s responsible to advance their development and the AD is responsible to pick the right man to advance it... UAH showed that the offseason was not very succesful at furthering that development in some key areas.

Let us wait a few more games to see a turnaround, say 5-7 games. If it does not get better by then then I will forgive RV for his mistake and hope the powers that be will also - provided he acts quick enough. If he takes Todd Dodge time or Shanice stephens time to act however he proves it is time for him too..... If there is a turnaround however, then we will all remember this episode as really embarrassing but be proud that we remaind solid green through the bad times
