It was my understanding that the governor appoints those who make decisions regarding UNT. If this legal action results in a different governor, it may have far reaching consequences for UNT and subsequently UNT football.

It's an odd mishmash assortment of small towns and various affiliations. Apparently they were dumped by Dish and DirecTV because they (Sinclair) doubled programing fees. Bankruptcy seems to have held forth as part of their overall business model/strategy.

I am not familiar with Sinclair either. Hopefully this arrangement will help us poor slobs in remote places like Atlanta. Devil's advocate here. Institutional block style with no real wow. Those stairs? It overwhelms Apogee and current space. It seems more Denton and less UNT. I know everyone wants this to happen and it may already have a life of its own...

I'm wondering what other schools could match that number of former students living that close to campus. UH? South Florida? UCLA?
