I really love Ousmane and I hate to criticize but he has got to just get stronger to the basket against guys he’s stronger than. Germany is a good player but Abu should be backing his ass down more and not using a finesse finish but a strong finish. He’s great though and love him. Just feel like he’d be much higher percentage if he would let himself be more physical.

I sure hope the Spring Game is the best attended yet. It’d be a blast to have tailgates and bands and excitement. We need that kind of shot in the arm and without baseball that time of year it’s the best cap on the academic year we could have. I’ve always wanted that to be a more significant event than it has been and with the right marketing it sure can be this year.

The talent and big game experience gap were on full display. Frogs have nothing to hang their heads about. Amazing year. Georgia had absolute murder in their hearts from the start and they are by far the best team in the nation.

I’d also add that we are in the sweet spot right now to honor the early 2000s teams’ conference titles. Those guys should be on the field and recognized at a home game and throw a party for them this year and next.

I love the dinner idea. Could also do a Spring Game tailgate, Gameday events (although I already love hanging out at the Pavilion), and maybe some cool perk like an annual drawing for a sideline pass or suite party for a game if the AD can support it.

Agree. Our inside game has got to develop more strongly than it has been. I love Ous but I agreed with the earlier comment of him making stronger moves to the basket. Everything feels so ginger in there, we have to get more backbone in there and then the outside and drives can open up more.

Yep. Just grit, conditioning and will. If we can ever get consistently better at free throws long term, the anxiety at the ends of a lot of these well contested games will be in the rearview mirror a lot of possessions earlier.
