Just FYI, we did end up going but there was nothing for the kids. Still, thankfully it was a good game and the a fun time. Made our own fun in the wing!!

Now that I think about it, that last time was a Thursday night game when they cared about getting people in the stands,

Trying to decide whether to make the drive to the game tonight. Can only work if there are activities for the kids, like in the past the student clubs have set up for the kids to participate in games and trick or treating under the wing section. But I don't find any mention of it this year. Does anyone know?

Even a Halloween game wouldn't be too bad if it was an early kick-off. But 6:00 kills that.

When it happened, I questioned why it is always a problem. Why not let fans on the field to celebrate with their team? Now I find out the championship hats were taken (read stolen) from the players! Heard a report of seeing at least four of the hats on someone's dashboard. Sad for those players who really wanted to celebrate with the fans and ended up losing out. Always someone to ruin a good thing. Great win!!

We're taking the Green Line - leaves Trinity Mills at 3:49 and arrives Fair Park 4:39. $5 each - can't beat it. Can't wait to move to North Texas where there is real mass transit system!

i heard that ticket sites are set up with "seats" so just go ahead and order without selecting a seat.

The players will have all gone home for Christmas. It is cheaper for UNLV to fly them from wherever "home" is straight to Dallas than to bring them all back to Vegas then charter everyone to Dallas. No different than the "tight leash" UNT will have on its players when they go home this week.

I doubt anyone will question the age - we've never been questioned. Unless they are closer to 4 than 2 and as long as they're not taking up a seat. You could always buy a ticket at the gate I guess, if it was questioned. I wouldn't pay $75 for a three-year-old, just sayin'.
