Typically the "strong" side in a 4-2-5 is the wide side of the field. The front can be moved, but lets say the TE is set towards the short side of the field (boundary), then normally you will have a DE head up on him and bump your backers towards the field. Then walk down your Free to man up w a TE. That is one way to do it. Depending on the team. So to answer your question, they dont call strength to the TE.

Ok hours wise during season. I don't have it so bad, I'm a 6a varsity safeties coach. So here it goes: Mon: report time is 5am practice 7am-9am. Teach 2 classes, go to my Track athletics class, teach 2 more classes. Come back after school from 4:30-5:30 w the JV Tues: report time 5:30. Practice 7-9a. School schedule same. 4:30-5:30 varsity weight room. Weds: report time 6:30 practice 7:15-9. 4:30-5:30 jv walk thru Thurs. Report time 7. Walk through 8-9 am. Jv games that night usually last until 10pm Fri: report 7:30. Varsity pump up from 7:45-8:15. Gameday. Usually home around 12(depending how much beer after) Sat: work 8-3 ish normally then watch my specific needs at home Sun: game plan from 2-6. Make sure everything is ready for the week. Routes, wristbands etc

Yes they tell me where to pick them up and what time. Easy always It's a perk of being a member of the THSCA. We don't get paid much and work tons of hours so we appreciate the little things. Say what you want but it makes a difference in recruiting

Yep you got that right. If I want to go to tx, tamu or a Baylor game all I have to do is click TX HS Coaches and type in my #. Bam get my 2 tix and easy. Unt is such a hassle. Step it up!

I couldn't agree more. It makes the LB's job a lot easier when he isn't having to take on a 300lb OG or OT. Also, you don't have to drop safeties down to get more in the box when you have a front 7 that can handle the run game.

You would be correct. A qb is huge. Doesn't have to be the flashiest but has to be smart and be a gamer. #1 thing is take care of the ball.

Well no shit they practice v unt players. They will mainly face the OPPOSING team's offense during the week. Have you ever even seen a football practice? I can tell you a typical practice layout if you would like to know.
