This is all on them. No excuses. They had the resources to get it done and they didnt. I mean honestly its pathetic. Do they also need their mommys after they are done using the restroom? The way to do it is similar to how basketball does it, with the winner of the conference automatically into a playoff with at large bids. If the FCS can do a playoff system how come the bcs can't?

It is just me or does tony go for the big play every time? (dunk, block, steal) It seems to get him into foul trouble. Someone needs to sit him down and tell him sometimes its better to let them get the basket then come in hard and foul.

I definitely heard it. Also, do people realize that Tony Mitchell has practiced with this team ONE time. I thought he had a great outing. There were things that could be improved, but who has ever had a perfect game. Tony gives the team the interior presence we have been lacking both on O and D. Without a doubt tony had a good game and it was a solid win for the Mean Green. The sky is the limit for this young team. P.S. the alley oop was nasty, which came off of a great steal.

We have no game down low. Without we are in trouble. Maybe niko can step up and fill the void. And our shot selection at times leaves someting to be desired...but glad we pulled off the win. GO MEAN GREEN

that just isn't looking at the big picture. If we keep letting ourselves get crushed by the Alabama's of the world at the start of ever season then we will continue to average 17k people at each game. we could be sitting with a winning or .500 record right now if we didn't play those types of teams year in and year out. And if we start winning will get more butts in the seats which in turn means more money in UNT's pockets. Playing teams like Alabama isn't going to help us in the long run.

NOT WINNING is killing our program. Scheduling LSU and Kansas St next year isn't exactly helping either. We need games were we have a chance to win. (I know we almost beat K ST last year)How about we schedule SFA or Sam Houston. Take a note from Boise State early years, schedule easier teams and start winning.

SMU (i know) sold groupons for 52% one ticket. Not a bad idea to get people into the stadium and experience a college fb game. Might bring them back. Plus in this economy families are always looking for discounts.
