We only lost Kedrick Hogans and Tyler Hall from Johnny's last team that came within a shot of winning the conference championship. In a one bid (most of the time) league like CUSA, I really only care about what happens in the conference tournament. Benford can't get it done in the conference tournament, or any neutral court for that matter- FACT Maybe he was looking for a coaching job where he would still get to live at home in Dallas and have the opportunity to coach a talented group of players that he knew?

If he cared that deeply about winning he would resign. 14 years in, the best he can do is 6-20?? Give me a break. You're quick to point out that MGC donations go directly to student athlete scholarships. Let me ask you this. Do you really think the student athlete will be worse off if RV is gone? Record wise, we literally cannot be worse in CUSA than we are now. Don't you think that maybe, just maybe if your boy RV is shown the door, we might find an AD that actually cares about winning, get us out of the CUSA cellar, then in turn, those precious MGC donations might increase?

None this season. I've seen enough Peterson ball to know it's a bad product. Looking at the attendance numbers, you're clearly in the minority. And you're the one that should know all about participation trophies since you support an athletic director who is simply interested in participating instead of winning.

The RV formula of shaming people into donating and buying season tickets clearly isn't working. The day you guys finally come around and realize that we need some new blood around here will be a good day for the athletic department.

Here's why RV will never push for the fee to be raised- the more money there is floating around, the more money there is to buy out contracts. When more coaches get fired, his seat gets hotter. If there isn't money to fire coaches, there sure as hell isn't money to fire RV and his cronies. The low athletic fee is his job security. Simple as that.

There's our problem. Too many people around here think 100 games under .500 in a 14 year career is good.
