You are correct. It now becomes very possible that the AAC expands in Texas. My only question is will SMU allow us entry? Best guess is they won’t but who knows.

SMU wants the Big 12 and so they aren’t interested in moving west and paying all the associated exit fees and whatnot.

We will just need to work to make the best out of either CUSA or the Belt as we will be in either one of those for the time being. Will always wish we had done more with football but it is what it is.

Stay positive about what? That a 6th year coach is unlikely to win a conference game this season? That we will end up back in the Sun Belt after C-USA implodes under Judge Judy's incompetence? That we will be passed over by two start up football programs in the AAC? Yes there is SO much to be excited about let me tell you!

It is but how do we know what everyone is saying is correct? Seems like there is still a lot up in the air and frankly if the mountain west keeps balking at joining the AAC this whole thing could blow up! And not in a good way I fear.

Tells me that the team still stands behind Littrell and they have not given up. I don’t expect a winner just give me a little effort and don’t give up until the end of the game. I hope to see this trend continue into next game and the remainder of the season. If Littrell can show improvement as the season progresses I can see us getting behind him for another season.

Drummond should be given his chance as well. And what if the youngster from Kentucky?
