  1. I agree. He should just stay here. We care about him more.
  2. I agree that they are > Belch level but not AAC or they would be at the bottom tier of AAC.
  3. Committed to Carleton State:
  4. I am not very good but love to play. Would be very interested in something like this.
  5. Moderators feel free to move this if necessary, but I felt compelled to post this. This girl just committed to UNT soccer and when I read her post on twitter announcing it, I am not going to lie, her excitement and pride about becoming an eagle, well it just made my heart soar. I think this type of message gets lost in all this NIL crap and whatnot. This is to me what supporting UNT athletics is all about. The football and basketball programs are what drive the opportunities for other sports like soccer to succeed.
  6. I was really impressed with his knowledge on the broadcasts and he seems like a very smart young man. Would love to see him coaching here.
  7. Who are our biggest future AAC rivals?
  8. I agree, the AAC is the best conference I think UNT has ever been in. I know some may argue the Missouri Valley but to me there is still no comparison as the Missouri V did not have SMU who is likely our biggest rival in football next to UTSA.
  9. Just interested, which conf games do you see us winning to get to that record? For the record I hope like heck you are right as that record may win the entire conference or at least tie.
  10. I think UTSA with Frank Harris in his 10th year will still be tough. I am going with 7-4 as I think we will edge Cal and beat Tulsa, Temple and Navy on the road.
  11. Did not know that. Good to keep it in the family.
  12. Walter Chapman?
  13. Wait a second. This guy had a chance to be the most beloved player in the history of UNT. He always said his dream was to play for UNT as his cousin Jeff Simpson played here when he was a kid. What you say is true, we do wish him well and thank him for all he did whilest here. But excuse us if some can walk and chew gum at the same time. We are not happy about him leaving and using this as a junior college. Sorry if that hurts your feelings, but it is the truth and you know it. We have to get out of this, "woe is me I'm a UNT fan and I have a chip on my shoulder mentality." It is ok to express disappointment when a key player in your history decides to finish his career and legacy somewhere else.
  14. Agree 100%. I had a nephew whose dad refused to pay the cost of these 247 and Rivals camps and he was given a 2 star rating because of it when he was a much better player than many who received 3 star. If you don't see the system for what it is, basically a revenue generator for the websites you are blind.
  15. I’m super impressed with this signing!
  16. On Tuesday, May 2nd, UNT is hosting "1890 Minutes to Soar," our first dedicated Giving Day. This year we are asking you, our UNT community, to join together in supporting UNT's inaugural Giving Day. Check out the video we made just for you.
