    Seth is going to have to swallow his pride and realize that these assistants he has can’t recruit or coach. He needs to clean house and start fresh but with signing day in a couple weeks it probably is better for him to do it after signing day.

    You can't fire Seth we owe him too much. tell him to fire all of the assistants and bring in new ones is about the best you can do. Assistant contracts are year to year.

    They are physically whipping us. It's hard to watch. This may be a 3 or 4 year rebuilding process.

    It’s all recruiting. We had some good recruiters and didn’t pay them enough so they left. Littrell didn’t replace them. End of story.

    Phil Bennett is too old. They will take a big name that is on a fired staff after the season. Look at teams that have coaches on the hot seat. They also may promote from within.
