$18K? It's small, but not that small. (Ya accidentally snuck a '$' in there, didn't ya.) Seriously, there was a 30K seating requirement at one point (like when UNT returned to I-A), but I think that was removed later.

The benefits to the University and the student athletes haven't changed. That's the true gift.

Hilarious. My 9 year saw Wesley's pic and said "isn't that the guy from Home Alone?".

We worked it out with Rudy's. They even added an additional wireless access point for us to make sure we get a strong Internet signal. We'll have a laptop hooked up to their big flat screen in the back room. We tested it all out a couple weekends ago. Special thanks to Grant.UNT for helping to make this happen!

I put mine on the front plate on the car. I like my North Texas Alumni plate frame too much to replace it on the back.

This video has some shots taken within the locker room at the athletic center. You don't see much though.

The "Catch Grill + Bar" at the hotel could be the default if no one comes up with anything better. This helps mitigate the risk of driving into the ocean after celebrating UNT's victory.

I received my license plate Mean Green Club gift in the mail today as well. It's plastic and chrome colored. It reads "MEAN GREEN CLUB" across the bottom in the usual green UNT font.

I'm arriving Thursday AM and staying at the team hotel that night.

My game tickets to the FIU game arrived in my mailbox yesterday. It's hard to believe it's less than two weeks away. Can't wait.

I've heard some of the old recordings of the GB that were posted some time ago from a record. I suppose my ear isn't refined enough to determine if the performers were better or not. However, it was obvious that the music arrangements, including the fight song and Alma mater, were much more complex in the old recordings, making them sound better iMO. Could the difference be that the music has been dumbed down rather than B team performers?

I'm considering it. I hate to whimp out, but the forecasted temperature may play a part in my decision.
