My Zach (Olen) was 0-1 on field goal attempts. He's now only in to attempt the longer variety. His kick offs are looking great for the most part. He did have one that looked like it could go out of bounds, but waited until it passed the pylon.

George mentioned something about this on the post game. I forget the name, but there was someone that'd been working hard on the mic situation over the past week. George said that person was a runner up for getting the virtual game ball yesterday.

That's my hope!

I absolutely will be. By the way, I wouldn't compare a home game watching party in Denton to a home game watching party in Allen. The difference in drive time investment from each to Apogee is significant. It's worth the drive for me, but not everyone in my neck of the woods thinks of Denton as "local".

I've done this several times before and plan to do it a couple more times this year. You might call about what time they start checking for passes. I think it's relatively early.

Baby steps, KRAM1, baby steps. Believe it or not, I have people show up at these that have never set foot in Apogee. There is a 60's era alum who has been to just about every watching party I've had over the past 3 years. He joined the Mean Green Club a few months ago and made his first entrance to Apogee for this year's MGC appreciation event. For the Ohio watching party, I had a gentleman show up that hasn't watched a North Texas sporting event since he graduated in 1990. However, he doesn't live far from Fairview Down Under and made a last minute decision to check the event out after hearing about it from a UNT employee. Now he asked to be added to my mailing list so he can come to future events. I'll bet making the hour trip to Denton will happen for him before we know it. I have several more examples like this. Some people need a few tastes before they take a big bite. I'm just trying to reach out and get people hooked that have been disengaged.

They have a full restaurant and bar. The game will be projected on the big screen as well as on various TVs throughout. The game audio will be piped throughout the restaurant. They will have several drink specials for Mean Green fans. Thanks to all that came out to Fairview Down Under. Great turnout in my opinion. Other than the game outcome, I hope you enjoyed yourselves. They plan to show the Ball State game on Saturday for those not going to the game. Same drink specials, audio throughout the restaurant, projected and on multiple TVs.

Espn3 is dependent on your Internet Service Provider, not your TV provider. Directv doesn't have anything to do with it.

Not televised per se. It's on ESPN3, which has to be streamed through a computer/tablet, smartphone, or Xbox.

This guys good. I remember his voice from the YouTube video floating around from the 2009 match up. By the way, we look good in that video. I'd be nervous.

Don't be so sure. Maybe he meant "not seeing the field" would have looked better.
