UNT 90 Grad

Here is what I've received: UNT will be the side with 22,23,24,25,26….. Sections 19 to 28 are “blocked” off for UNT tickets sales at UNT. You can buy tickets directly from the Heart of Dallas folks, but you will be in the end zone or on the UNLV side. Only a small portion of the UNLV side is blocked off. Here is the seat map, you can click on each section. http://heartofdallasbowl.tix.com/GenericMap.aspx?EventCode=607750# If you “click” on sections 19 to 28, you will see that they are blocked (because they are being sold through UNT), but if you click on the end zones, you will see the available seats. Also, there are “no” chair back seats on the UNT side. You can bring chair backs/seats to the game.

It was looking like they were going to get left out of the bowls even though they were eligible. I bet they are just happy to be playing anyone (as so should we).

I seem to recall them saying something about Marshall's high powered offense.

I'll likely take the train. Hard to have a decent corn hole game behind a single parking spot.

Was OU losing when Trice was with them?

Anyone have any insight in this? I'm trying to decide whether to bring my full compliment of tailgating gear or maybe just take the train and hit an Alumni Association tailgate or Mean Green Club tailgate, assuming those will exist. I'm curious about where to tailgate and how safe my stuff would be in the van during the game.

C'mon now. This is all part of a proven process. This isn't some sort if experiment.

Driving home from downtown Dallas on Thursday, I noticed a digital billboard cycling ads for the Heart of Dallas Bowl. Curious to see if they add the teams to that ad this week. Billboard was around Walnut Hill and Central Expressway.

Game is at 11am. Just ordered 4.

Not safe. From what I've read, the CUSA representative is the visiting team. RV seemed to allude to this in the podcast when having uniform talk as well.

I'm sad to say I know a guy that is a huge Longhorn fan and you'd swear he went to UT. He actually went to UNT and is a former Talon. I brought him to the UTSA game. He hadn't been to a North Texas game in about 15 years or so.

They said those were the coldest temps they'd played in in the history of the school.

A #16 team with nothing riding on this game.

Per the Heart of Dallas Bowl site, the teams won't be announced until Monday. Surely not.

I think they were referring to the possibility of SMU going to HoD, not what happens to UCF.
